【SICIP International Programs】Our First Class Meeting

2017年9月12日，来自全世界22个国家的37名上海国际知识产权学院（SICIP）的新生在综合楼1005室参加了第一堂班会课。学院领导和老师们热烈欢迎了来自两个国际项目（WIPO班和一带一路班）的新生。在班会课上，不同国家的新生们进行了热烈的交流与讨论。

The First Class Meeting in SICIP was held on September 12^th 2017 at Room 1005, Zonghe Building. With the warmest greetings from college to all students of two international programs (Tongji-WIPO Program and the Belt and Road Program), 37 students from 22 countries have a lively exchange with each other.

新生们通过在世界地图上指出了他们的国家或城市进行了自我介绍，这些国家包括：白俄罗斯、柬埔寨、中国、古巴、埃塞俄比亚、加纳、匈牙利、哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、立陶宛、马其顿、蒙古、纳米比亚、尼泊尔、巴基斯坦、菲律宾、俄罗斯、塔吉克斯坦、坦桑尼亚、土耳其和越南。上海国际知识产权学院为各位同学提供了国际化的平台，使得各国知识产权领域未来人才汇聚于此，共同学习交流。

Students introduce themselves by showing their homeland in the World Map: Belarus, Cambodia, China, Cuba, Ethiopia,Ghana, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Macedonia, Mongolia,Namibia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Turkey andVietnam. Thanks to the international platform of SICIP, worldwide excellent talents gather there, study together and exchange their ideas.

为了帮助同学们交流和沟通，SICIP倡议在国际项目内开展“同行伙伴计划”，即一个中国学生与1到2名国际学生结成伙伴。他们将互相帮助，共同适应同济大学的生活，并在课后分享他们对知识产权专业知识的学习心得。

In order to provide more opportunities incontacting with each other, SICIP proposes for the Buddy Program, which will make one Chinese students teamed up with 1 or 2 international students. They will help each other to adapt the life in Tongji University, also share their views in IP studies later during the courses. 

SICIP的国际合作项目旨在以国际视角提供知识产权专业知识，致力于促进开展更广泛、更高水平、更深层次的跨国合作，同时也为开放、包容、均衡、共赢的知识产权创新合作框架奠定坚实的基础。

The international programs of SICIP is aimed to provide the IP knowledge with international perspectives, thus help to making multinational cooperation in greaterrange, higher level and deeper level and will lay a solid foundation for makingan innovation cooperation framework in intellectual property which is open,inclusive, balanced and beneficial for all.
