This November, TI Observer (TIO) focuses on key leadership changes around the world. From the UK and the U.S. to many of the Latin American and European democracies, voters have expected leadership changes to solve their long-standing concerns. However, as democratic election cycles turn and leaders change, the problems of political, economic and social divisions remain. TIO surveys key underlying political and economic shifts to reveal practical solutions to the surge in domestic and global challenges.
