In Search of Greatness:
Seeds of Change Special New-Year Film Screening
Thursday, 7th January, 19:00-21:00
The documentary, directed by Gabe Polsky, features some well-known sports personalities including Serena Williams, Tom Brady, Muhammad Ali, Rocky Marciano, Red Auerbach, and Michael Jordan. A number of major cultural figures' careers are also highlighted for comparison to those of top athletes, including The Beatles, David Bowie and Jimi Hendrix.

aham: Weekly Yoga With Seeds of Change

Sunday evenings should be a time of realigning our trio, about positive thoughts and about fresh energy to kickoff another week to achieve greater impact at work, and off it. These Sunday evening sessions are focused as much on ‘working-in’ and filling you with positive energy to start a fresh week, as it is about 'working-out' the body.

"3 AM on Frenchmen" Documentary Screening

An independent music documentary about everyday struggles, creative problem solving, family togetherness, chasing dreams, unconditional love, and awakening to spirituality, "3 AM on Frenchmen" was shot in 2017 and signifies the next musical movement to be spawned from the Crescent City. The film had a festival play in Nice, France, Harlem, New York, and Los Angeles in 2019.

Food safety consistently polls as one of the top concerns of consumers in China, and in the last decade, a series of scandals has angered them. This talk will present an explanation for the emergence and diffusion of these food scares, relying in part on a cultural model of collectivism in Chinese society.

Family Constellation Workshop

Family Constellation is done by creating a dynamic model of the family system with our bodies guided by a facilitator and a client. We will explore resolving blocks and issues that we carry, even those which we aren’t aware of, by disclosing deeper forces that unknowingly influence our thoughts, behaviours and emotions.
