Seeds of Change Launches Month-Long “Be Well” Learning Series
The Lunar year is upon us. And this year is unlike any other year in recent Chinese history.
The past years have been marked by millions of people traveling across the length and breadth of the country to visit family members and friends. In fact, CNY travel is referred by many western media as “the greatest migration in human history”.
However, this year, the COVID-19 pandemic has thrown many peoples’ travel plans in disarray. A large percentage of people may be staying put in their work cities to fight the pandemic and prevent the potential spread that could result from mass travel.
Given the abundance of time in this break, a number of individuals out there are looking for meaningful ways to spend their time – on self-development, improving their relationships, tackling emotional problems, supporting their community and inspiring others.
To support this need for wellbeing and personal development, Seeds of Change is collaborating with leading experts and practitioners on a month-long series of online and offline activities on topics focusing on emotional health, self-development and relationships.
Offline events will be of limited capacity, and held at venues officially permitted to host such activities with necessary precautions to prevent COVID-19 spread.
