Read the title; the answer is YES! Yes in Hangzhou! All the teachers in this music training school are foreign teachers, and they teach music in English and Chinese.

This is their brand new location, and it's at the Powerlong City on Binsheng Road in Binjiang, so you can easily see this two floor building with big French windows from the street.
Here, you or your kids can learn to play piano, guitar, drums, African drums, the ukulele, and sing English songs, Bel Canto or chorus. One on one, or bigger classes are all available.
他们全新的教室位于滨盛路和诚业路上的宝龙城，在街上就能看见这幢两层楼的白色房子和它宽敞明亮的落地窗。
在这里，你或者你的孩子都可以学习钢琴、吉他、架子鼓、非洲鼓、乌克丽丽、唱英文歌、美声、合唱，一对一或一对多都可以。

STAGE MANAGEMENT
星台音乐的创始团队
The founder of the Stage team is Artem Shabalov. He comes from Switzerland, and his mom is from Belarus. Having first arrived in China in 2012, he studied Mandarin & Marketing Management in East China Normal University, and he just loves Chinese culture and music, especially classic music.
The stage team here is a mixture of Chinese and Western professionals. The founder is a young entrepreneur who lived in China for many years, who has a lot of experience in management of music schools. He then founded two music schools: "STARCLE" and "STAGE PERFORMANCE ACADEMY" in Shanghai.
*STARCLE Music Academy: Founded in 2013, and it's located on Lao Wai street, Hongqiao District, Shanghai. At present, there are nearly 200 students.
*STAGE PERFORMANCE ACADEMY: Founded in 2016, it's located in Hongqiao Sky Walk Shopping Mall in Minhang District, Shanghai. It aims to improve children's music performance level.
