Daydream Travel will bring the journey back to the forest lodge, expect more friends joining the lecture by travel designer Vala who is also a Creator of I-Shina-Vala Energy Products to help you see yourself.

Chinese Medicine Cabin/苁蓉妈妈中医树屋
In Dreamcatcher Camp, Congrong Mama will not only bring open classes of traditional Chinese medicine, but also set up a pair of case-by-case consultation in the cabin. You can experience 60 minutes of summer soothing and tranquilizing moxibustion (with additional on-site payment), combined with head relaxation manipulation, channel dredging, hand-held Kundao moxibustion double acupoints, and then finish with Congrong Four Seasons Tea. Come to enjoy in the embrace of nature.
在捕梦营上，苁蓉妈妈不仅会带来中医经络的公开课，还会在小木屋里开设一对一个案咨询，你可以体验60分钟的夏日舒缓安神灸（需另外现场付费），结合头部舒缓手法推拿、经络疏通、手持坤道艾灸双穴位，再以苁蓉四季茶完美收尾，在大自然的环抱中享受中医的疗愈，更能收获城市以外的清新与自在。

Mandala Painting/曼荼罗涂鸦
MANDALA is a symbol of the Universe. Sometimes life reminds us of the single Planets and Stars that make up the Cosmos. We are living in our own rooms, separated from each other. Everyone is from a different country, everyone speaks their own language, everyone differs in the field of art...

We will paint in the middle of a big paper (3x3m). Everyone chooses a part of circle and draws according to their own imagination till we have covered every white space of the paper background. This meditative painting will be a symbol of our connections.

Blue Plant Dye/植物蓝染
Blue plant dye is a kind of hand-made dye with natural plant color. We invited Mrs. Jiang from Shishe Retreat to give a workshop to create hand crafted dye.

Karma Yoga/草坪环保行动瑜伽
We are highly encourage harmony and unity of body, mind, spirit and environment in Dreamcatcher Camp, and to urge you to love this beautiful Earth which brings us infinite peace. We will organize all dreamers to carry out a "lawn environmental protection action" two hours before in the end of the festival. We hope that this environmental protection concept can be brought into your life in this campaign of garbage collection. We should order less take-out and use less plastic bags to make the world a better place to live.
为了贯彻本次瑜伽艺术节令大家将身体、心灵、精神与环境和谐统一的理念，同时也督促大家热爱带给我们无限宁静的优美草坪，我们将在活动结束之前的2小时内组织所有的捕梦者进行一次全体的「草坪环保行动」。希望在此身体力行的捡垃圾行动中能够将这份环保理念带到各位的生活中去，少叫一份外卖，少使用一个塑料袋，一起让杭州更美好。
