Latest Notice by Zhejiang CDC: Declare Your Personal Information In Advance Before You Enter Zhejiang

Late last night, Zhejiang CDC just issued a notice, here are some important information you should know:

1. The immigrants destined for Zhejiang should report their personal information through the Zhejiang Immigration Information Pre-declaration Platform in advance (the QR code of the declaration platform is below); the immigrants should report their personal information to the community (village) in time, and comply with local epidemic prevention and control regulations.

2. The city, county, and district government where the port is located are responsible for arranging diagnosis and treatment for people who show symptoms like fever and cough at the time were found at the port of the entry. Close contacts should be arranged according to the established measures. If the case was found at an entry port outside Zhejiang, it shall be disposed of in accordance with the relevant regulations of the port ’s location.

3. Implement intensive or controlled transfers for people who have 14 days of travel history in countries with severe epidemics. In accordance with the principle of territorial management, all such immigrants will be centralized quarantine in a hotel for 14 days.

4. Implement immigration registration and regular declaration of health status for people who have 14 days of travel history in countries with non-severe epidemics. After arriving at the destination or residence, the immigrants should report to their community (village) within one hour and incorporate it into the local epidemic prevention and control work system, and report your daily temperature to the community (village).

5. Chinese and foreign citizens who come to Zhejiang are treated equally, and prevention and control measures are implemented without discrimination. Those who come to Zhejiang should apply for the international version of "Health Code" according to local control measures (the QR code is below).

6. All transportation expenses and centralized quarantine expenses (including hospitality and food) incurred by all immigrants coming to Zhejiang will be at their own expense. For testing and medical expenses, those who participate in basic medical insurance or purchase commercial insurance shall report or claim in accordance with relevant regulations; those who do not participate in basic medical insurance shall be responsible for their own expenses; those with special difficulties shall be assisted in accordance with relevant regulations.

Communities (villages) should strengthen management and control, fully be aware of the new arrivals and do a good job on duty at entrances and exits, temperature detection, health code registration. Implement hard control on home quarantine.

Hotels and restaurants should effectively fulfill the responsibilities of management of registration of accommodation for immigrants, report registration information to Public Security Bureau on time, and do a good job of management services such as temperature detection and health inquiries for residents.

Enterprises should be fully aware of the staff who have travel history to the countries with severe epidemics. If the above situation is found, it should be reported and implemented immediately.

Colleges and universities should take the initiative to contact foreign teachers and students who are still overseas and require them not to return to the school by themselves before the school is open. For the ones who have returned already, their school shall implement information declaration and strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures.

Anyone who is suspected of intentionally concealing overseas travel history, contact history of COVID-19 cases, misrepresenting his health status, refusing to accept medical tests and centralized isolation and other preventive and control measures will be investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with relevant laws and regulations

Relevant units, communities (villages) and individuals who do not know the information, deliberately conceal the situation of the people who come to Zhejiang, or fail to fulfill their job responsibilities, and cause serious consequences, shall be held accountable according to law and discipline.
