HIS leadership team is working meticulously to plan for the health and safety of their community. That includes providing all staff hand soap, hand sanitizer, masks, gloves and other prevention and control materials. Thoroughly disinfect the entire campus, as well as ventilate all classrooms. Set up a temporary isolation area for any person who shows signs of fever or other symptoms related to Covid-19.

Every area on campus (such as classrooms, dorms, libraries, laboratories, sports facilities, cafeterias, teachers’ offices and washrooms) will be ventilated with fresh air at least three times a day for no less than 30 minutes each time. Strengthen surface cleaning, the disinfection of common objects, and disinfection of dining equipment. All hand-washing facilities are functioning properly and are equipped with soap or hand sanitizer.

Purchase and install an infrared thermometer system at each security hut for temperature screening. Following CDC’s recommendation for the AC use in public spaces and draft a campus-wide AC operation plan, including the overall disinfection for the AC and Fresh Air system, and a weekly vent disinfection plan. Clean and disinfect the campus completely and draft plans for the daily campus cleaning and disinfection.
