Traffic Restriction Will Be Resumed Next Week

From 7am on Monday, April 20, 2020, the implementation of the "Notice of the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government on Adjusting the Traffic Management Measures During Rush Hours" will be resumed.

Traffic Restriction Hours:
7am - 9am, 4:30pm - 6:30pm (Mondays - Fridays)

Traffic Restriction Area:

For 浙A License plate:

Liuxiang Road - Shixiang Road - Qiutao Road - Fuxing Road - Laofuxing Road - Hupao Road - Manjuelong Road - Wulaofeng Tunnel - Jiqingshan Tunnel - North Meiling Road - Jiulisong Tunnel - South Lingxi Road - Lingxi Tunnel - Xixi Road - Zijingang Road - West Wenyi Road - All roads and elevated roads in the enclosed area formed by Gudun Road (including ramps, bridges and tunnels). Among them, Liuxiang Road, Shixiang Road, Shiqiao Road, Qiutao Road, Fuxing Road, Laofuxing Road, Zijingang Road, West Wenyi Road and Gudun Road are excluded.

For non 浙A License plate:

The above traffic control area and other elevated roads (including ramps, bridges, tunnels) in the area around the city expressway.

Traffic Restriction Rules:

For 浙A License plate:

Mondays: 1 & 9

Tuesdays: 2 & 8

Wednesdays: 3 & 7

Thursdays: 4 & 6

Fridays: 5 & 0

For non 浙A License plate:

During the rush hours of the working day, all motor vehicles are banned on the above traffic control area.

West Lake Scenic Area will also resume of traffic restriction for odd and even numbers during the weekend.
