More than 10 cars and taxis were swept a few meters away by the tide. One of the cars overwhelmed the roadside barrier, two buses were forced to stop, the section of Zhijiang Road became a "swimming pool".

After preliminary understanding, there are currently no casualties. The accident is still under investigation.

The staff of Hangzhou Hydrological Station said during the flood season this year, there were three major floods on the Qiantang River, according to calculations, the volume of the river is 48 million cubic meters larger than last year. This means that there will be more tide flowing downstream, the tide is more spectacular than in previous years.
