It is very important for us to keep healthy in our everyday life. But how? Here is some advice.

First, we should have good eating habits. It is necessary to eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables every day, because they contain all kinds of vitamins that we need. Don’t eat too much fat, such as cheese and butter. They are bad for our health.

Doing exercise is another good way of keeping us healthy. Exercise helps us relax. Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body.

Giving up had habits like smoking and drinking is also an important way to keep healthy. Smoking and drinking are bad for our bodies.
