Although the field of brain has grown over the past 20 years, the brain remains mysterious due to its immense complexity. As a result, future exploration of brain and the development of neuroscience critically demand concerted efforts from across multiple disciplines. However, a professional journal dedicated to exploiting multi/interdisciplinary approaches to address important questions on brain and neuroscience is still lacking. The journal of Brain-X is a comprehensive international journal will fill this gap by publishing cutting edge discoveries and technologies on the brain and neuroscience. It strives to promote interdisciplinarity by including contributions from many fields, such as medicine, informatics, physics, chemistry, and materials science. This journal will serve as a platform for the discussion of important advancements in studies of the brain and neuroscience. As the journal strongly values interdisciplinarity and the X in its name symbolizes conjunction, the content of each article should highlight the contributions of multiple disciplines. The journal of Brain-X is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal. It is committed to publishing cutting-edge discoveries and technologies in all areas of brain and neuroscience, and is further determined to enhance the visibility of interdisciplinary research in this field. The journal will publish original research articles, research letters, reviews, mini-reviews, technology progress, hypotheses, perspectives, and commentaries. The new journal will cover following areas, including but not limited to, aging and the brain, the brain-computer interface, brain injury and rehabilitation, brain-inspired computing and artificial intelligence (AI), brain-inspired 3D printing, brain rhythm and disease, the brain-gut axis, cellular and molecular neuroscience, cerebral organoids, chemical neuroscience, computational neuroscience, cognitive neuroscience, heart-brain crosstalk, nanoparticles for brain drug delivery, and nerve regeneration materials.Email: editorial@brain-x.science(Submission)Email: office@brain-x.science(Editorial Board)
