摸石头集团正式昭告天下亲朋好友及前任，最新品牌现已在北京落地生根发芽开花结果“嘣”地蹦出个肉嘟嘟的小可爱，就是“汉堡站”，就在三里屯那里花园，就挨着摩卡站！2019年8月8日开业。

我们都爱汉堡，在北京几乎有机会吃到各种好吃的汉堡。什么是完美的汉堡？可能每个人的答案都不一样，也许是经典简单的，也许是极品牛肉的，也许是根本没有肉的……汉堡站也没有标准答案，我们希望可以做一款人人爱吃的汉堡。

汉堡站努力寻求一个平衡点，价格合理、食材质优、装修精巧、现点现做且适宜外带，这在摸石头集团Mosto、Moka Bros和La Social的通力合作下，汇合各成员深耕北京市场多年的餐饮经验而得以实现。

The Mosto Group is thrilled to announce our newest venture in Beijing, located right where it all started in Sanlitun’s Nali Patio. The newest member of the Mosto family, Burger Box, opens on August, 8th 2019.

We all love burgers. And, as Beijingers’, we’re lucky enough to have some of the best burgers in China just a waimai order away. But what makes the perfect burger? It depends who you ask. Maybe it’s simple and classic, maybe it’s all about the beef, perhaps there’s no beef at all. Will we ever know what makes the perfect burger - are we ever going to agree? Enter Burger Box. Burger Box isn’t here to make the perfect burger; we want to make a burger for everyone.

The team behind Mosto, Moka Bros and La Social have pooled their talent, passion and years of restaurant experience in China to create a brand-new concept. Burger Box lies at the intersection of everything crave-able: quality ingredients at reasonable prices, fine-dining style preparation, made to eat on the go, a satisfying meal that won’t leave you feeling heavy.

汉堡站加入那里花园这个京城老牌享乐圈，希望不仅受到白天出行者的喜爱，也能给派对生物们提供了夜行觅食的新选择，这个小而美的新空间也会让时尚时尚又时尚的三里屯地区的潮能量biubiubiu继续上扬。

首家汉堡站毗邻摩卡站三里屯新址，作为摸石头集团的新品牌，空间设计一如既往由Coromoto AD工作室主理，有传承更有创新从而呈现出一种极简而不失温情的风格。Coromoto把空间折叠成一个“汉堡盒”，选用独特的色彩和材料并施以“魔法”来催化，创造出了三个独立又统一的精致区块：开放式厨房、室内上座区和室外阳光区。

摸石头集团热忱关注食材品质，选用100%澳洲牛肉每日现做永不冷冻的肉饼，在350度高温的经典Josper炭烤炉里“炼制”120秒而获得升华，并由技艺精湛的厨师仔细装盘，均匀撒上本店秘制酱汁让汉堡达到完美状态，再由贴心侍者快速递到你的餐桌上。所有这一切就在你面前的开放厨房里实时呈现，制作全程你都可以亲眼看见。

Opening on the north side of Nali Patio, Burger Box joins many of Beijing’s longtime favorite dining and nightlife spots. The Group wanted to create a new restaurant that could enhance the already bustling atmosphere of Nali Patio – a lunch time til’ late night, grab-n-go burger joint, that still retains the trendy aesthetic and pulsating energy of Sanlitun.

Located next door to the newly opened Moka Bros Sanlitun, Burger Box is a fresh space that still bears some of the signature Mosto Group hallmarks. Designed by Coromoto AD, the space is minimalistic yet intimate, featuring both indoor and outdoor communal seating and an open kitchen. Coromoto utilized the angular space to create a design reflective of the layers of a burger, by deploying three distinctive colors and materials to create separate design sections. We worked closely with Coromoto to realize our vision - a simple, small space, where every detail has been considered. 

The Mosto Group is passionate about quality ingredients, which is why Burger Box uses only 100% Australian beef to create never-frozen-prepared-daily patties. Every one of our burgers is charcoal grilled to a perfect medium with a state-of-the-art Josper grill, and topped with house-made secret recipe Burger Box sauce. The Josper is an integral part in creating our burgers. This 100% charcoal grill gives the burgers a unique texture and more juiciness. The Josper can reach up to 350 degrees and cooks the patties in about 2 minutes – meaning you get to eat your burger sooner, it’s win-win. And finally, we want to show you, not just tell you, about the quality and care we put into our burger, so we prepare all of your food right in front of you in Burger Box’s open kitchen.

The menu features eight distinctive burgers. With four house-made-never-frozen patty options to choose from: beef, chicken, pork and vegan, the aim is to make sure there is a burger for everyone. So, vegan, flexitarian and beef-lover alike, we’ve made a burger for you. 

With classics to please the burger-fanatics like the, “That’s What Cheese Said,” our house-made cheeseburger, and the Australian inspired “The Stupid Egg” with fried egg, bacon and caramelized onions. And, fresh ideas aimed to satisfy even the most burger-resistant folks like the “What Happened to Peppa?” a pork burger with fresh avocado, cheddar cheese and coleslaw. The over-the-top “Outside the Box” burger is our rotating (but always extravagantly-indulgent) burger. For its first iteration, Chef Daniel created a truffle lover’s dream.
