从周二，十月1号开始，你将可以在各个摩卡站品尝到我们的秋冬季菜品。我们最新的菜单为了寒冷的冬季专门准备了热热的美食，暖暖的石锅汤面和更多可以和朋友分享的美味。以下是一些全新的菜品。
Beginning Tuesday, October 1st, you can tuck into Moka Bros New Fall/Winter Menu at all Moka Bros locations. The latest menu prepares for the impending chilly weather with an array of warm dishes, comforting stone soup bowls and an expanded sharing plates section. Spicy Seared Salmon - Moka Premium
120 grams of seared salmon sits on a bed of barley, black beans, corn, green beans and pickled onions, garnished with dill and chili-lime dressing. The Spicy Seared Salmon is the newest addition to the Moka Premium menu items – fine dining quality dishes adapted to the Moka Bros’ healthy style.

Short Rib Stone Bowl
Hearty and warming, the Short Rib Stone Bowl makes for the perfect cold weather pick-me-up. Marinated short ribs, beef bone broth, noodles and broccoli are served in a sizzling stone bowl.

Hot & Sour Stone Bowl
Back by popular demand, this weekly special is joining the regular menu. A little bit spicy, a little bit sour; a beef bone broth base with udon noodles, tom yum sauce, kale, shredded carrots and cucumber, ginger, lemongrass and bean sprouts is topped with your choice of shrimp or beef.

The newest addition to the Moka Bros Small Plates is the Torched Avo Tuna Tartar. Mashed avocado and flame-torched tuna are paired with creamy Sriracha dressing, sesame seeds and chives.

One of the featured Moka Summer Drinks, the Grapefruit Aperol is another item graduating to the full-time menu. With the addition of fresh grapefruit juice, this cocktail is Moka Bros take on the classic Aperol Spritz, sure to bring you back to sunny summer days on the terrace.
