报告摘要
Directed percolation (DP) is by far the most studied and well-known absorbing phase transition in nonequilibrium critical phenomena. In this talk, I will apply the supervised deep learning technique to the study of direct percolation in both (1+1) and (2+1) dimensions. It will be shown that the critical thresholds, the spatial and temporal correlation exponents and the characteristic time exponents can be readily obtained. The results are comparable to those generated by Monte-Carlo simulations, but with much lower cost of computation. It's also found that by this means (2+1)-DP model can produce higher accuracy than (1+1)-DP model, which might be caused by the influence of fluctuations on low-dimensional models. While in higher dimensions the effects of fluctuations may be suppressed.
