郭剑波,中国工程院院士,电力系统分析与控制专家,现任国家电网公司高级顾问、中国电机工程学会副理事长,IEEE高级会员。长期从事电力系统分析与控制研究。先后参加了三峡输电等电网规划研究,主持了上世纪90年代开展的中国全国互联电网(2020~2050年)规划系列研究;主持研制了可控串补装置和特高压(1000kV)串补装置,带领团队开发了跨大区交直流协调控制系统,提高了电网安全稳定水平和输电能力。组织建成了中国“国家能源大型风电并网系统研发(实验)中心”,为行业提供了公共研发实验平台,提高了中国风电并网安全水平。

Prof. Jianbo Guo, Academician of CAE, specializes in power system analysis and control. He is now Vice President of Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (CSEE), Senior Advisor of SGCC, and senior member of IEEE. He presided over the development plan for Chinese national grid interconnection project (from 2020 to 2050). He led his team to successfully develop the TCSC and UHV (1000kV) series compensator devices. He supervised the establishment of Chinese National Wind Power Integration R&D and Testing Center (NWIC), and provided a public R&D testing platform for electric power sector.

Mohammad Shahidehpour教授在过去35年中,与政府机构和电力公司合作研究能源系统优化与控制、综合资源规划、微电网和能源枢纽、信息物理系统和大规模可再生能源一体化。曾荣获Edison电力学院的电力工程优秀学者奖以及2012年IEEE/PES协会颁发的杰出电力工程学者奖。Shahidehpour教授在他的研究中心指导和合作了175名研究生和访问学者。他合著了6本关于电力系统运行和规划的书籍和780篇论文,并因其IEEE出版物获得了6项最佳论文奖,被学术界和工业界广泛引用。曾任IEEE智能电网创刊主编,多家知名杂志名誉主编、专题主编、嘉宾主编。


In the past 35 years, Professor Mohammad Shahidehpour has worked with government agencies and power companies on energy system optimization and control, integrated resource planning, microgrids and energy hubs, cyber-physical systems, and large-scale renewable energy integration. He was awarded the Outstanding Scholar Award for Electrical Engineering from Edison School of Electric Power and the Outstanding Electrical Engineering Scholar Award from the IEEE/PES Association in 2012. Prof. Shahidehpour has supervised and worked with 175 graduate research students and visiting scholars in his Center. He has co-authored six books and 780 papers on electric power system operation and planning and was the recipient of six best paper awards for his IEEE publications. widely cited by academia and industry. He served as the IEEE The founding editor-in-chief of Smart Grid, as well as the honorary, topic and guest editor-in-chief of several well-known magazines.

余建国,现任中国南方电网有限责任公司专家委副主任,教授级高级工程师、享受政府特殊津贴专家。历任南方电网超高压输电公司、广西电网公司总经理,南方电网生技部主任,副总工程师兼南网科研院董事长,南方电网副总工程师兼科技部主任,总信息师等。长期从事电力行业规划、建设、运行和管理工作。主持多项国家科技支撑计划和863项目。获得国家科技进步一等、二等奖各1项,省部级奖励6项。


Yu Jianguo, is currently deputy director of Experts Committee of CSG, a professor-level senior engineer, and an expert enjoying special allowances from the State Council. He successively served as general manager of CSG Ultra-high Voltage Transmission Company and Guangxi Power Grid Company, director of CSG Biotechnology Department, deputy chief engineer and chairman of CSG Research Institute, director of Science and Technology Department, chief of information engineer, etc. He has been engaged in the planning, construction, operation and management of power industry for a long time. Presided over a number of national science and technology support programs and 863 projects. Won the first prize and the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, and 6 provincial and ministerial awards.

Professor Nik os D. Hatziargyriou is since 1984 a faculty member and since 1995, full professor in Power Systems at the Electrical and Computer Engineering School of the National Technical University of Athens. He is Director of the Energy Systems Laboratory and founder of the “SmartRue” research unit. He is visiting professor at Tsinghua and Hefei Universities in China. Since 2015 he is Chairman of the Hellenic Distribution Network Operator. From February 2007 until September 2012 he was executive Vice-Chair and Deputy CEO of the Public Power Corporation (PPC), responsible for the Transmission and Distribution Divisions. He is Fellow Member of IEEE, past Chair of the Power System Dynamic Performance Committee (PSDPC) and currently Editor in Chief of the IEEE Trans on Power Systems. He is honorary member of CIGRE and past Chair of CIGRE SC C6 “Distribution Systems and Distributed Generation”. He is chair of the EU Technology and Innovation Platform on Smart Networks for Energy Transition. He has participated in more than 60 RD&D projects funded by the EU Commission, electric utilities and manufacturers for both fundamental research and practical applications. He is author of the book “Microgrids: Architectures and Control” and of more than 200 journal publications and 500 conference proceedings papers. He is included in the 2016 and 2017 lists of the top 1% most cited researchers.

梁剑,电网规划与运行控制专家,现任国网湖南省电力有限公司总工程师、湖南省电机工程学会理事长。长期从事能源电力发展研究及科技、数字化、电网发展、大电网调控运行管理工作,主导湖南电网“十四五”与远景目标网架发展规划以及能源发展、新能源消纳、储能、湖南新型电力系统构建等系列专题研究。

Jian Liang, expert in power grid planning and operation control. He is now the Chief Engineer of State Grid Hunan Electric Power Company Limited, and President of Hunan Provincial Society for Electrical Engineering.He has been engaged in research and technology of energy & power development, digitization, power grid development, and operation control and management of bulk power grids for a long time. He has led a series of important special studies, such as the 14th Five-Year Plan and long-term target planning for Hunan power grid, energy development, new energy accommodation, energy storage, and the new-type power system construction in Hunan.

董朝阳, IEEE fellow,新加坡南洋理工大学教授,能源研究所能源互联与数字电网领域执行主管,是电力系统规划与稳定性、智能电网/微电网、可再生能源并网、电力市场等领域的专家。董朝阳教授先后主持了由澳大利亚国家研究基金、美国电力科学研究院等相关机构资助的30余项国际科研项目,在国内外著名期刊和重要国际会议上发表论文超过300篇。

董朝阳教授先后担任美国电子电气工程师协会(IEEE)澳大利亚昆士兰省分会(Queensland Chapter)副主席及澳大利亚昆士兰省电力分会主席、美国电科院顾问研究员等,同时担任多个著名国际学术期刊编委和客座主编。

Zhaoyang Dong is a Professor in School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is also the cluster director of Internet of Energy and Digital Grids branch in Energy Research Institute of NTU. Professor Dong's research interest includes power system planning and stability, smart grid/micro-grid, load modeling, renewable energy grid connection, electricity market, computational methods applications in power engineering problems. He has/had served as editor/associate editor for a number of IEEE transactions and IET journals. He is a Fellow of IEEE, and a Web of Science listed highly cited researcher in 2019, 2020.

曹一家,男,1969年生,中共党员,湖南益阳人。博士、教授、博士生导师。国家杰出青年基金获得者、国家百千万人才工程等国家级人才工程人选、国务院特殊津贴专家、留学归国人员。现任长沙理工大学党委副书记、校长。兼任中国青年科技工作者协会副会长。在国内外学术刊物和国际学术会议上共发表学术论文150余篇,发表的论文已被SCI和学术同行他引超过500次。研究成果已成功应用于我国电力生产实际工程,产生了巨大的经济效益和良好的社会效益。

Prof. Cao Yijia (Senior Member, IEEE): president of Changsha University of Science & Technology, Changjiang Scholar, sponsored by National Outstanding Youth Fund and National Million Talent Project, special allowance expert of the State Council in China. He has published more than 150 academic papers in domestic and foreign academic journals and international academic conferences, and his published papers have been cited by SCI and academic peers for more than 500 times. The results of the research have been successfully applied to the practical project of electric power production in China, and have produced huge economic benefits and good social benefits.
