《港区国安法》最受关注的这几点，官方译文是这样的！

用英语怎么说？
昨天，全国人大通过了《港区国安法》这部非常重要的法律。《中国日报》已经公布了英文全文，我们来了解一下一些关键表述的英语吧。
首先，我们知道这部法律的全名是《中华人民共和国香港特别行政区维护国家安全法》，译文是The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region。
这部法律总共有六章，“章”的英文是chapter。
《国安法》第三章备受关注，其标题是罪行和处罚（Offences and Penalties），总共涉及了4种危害国家安全的罪行。
第一，分裂国家罪（Secession） 。
用secession表示分裂国家，是比较专业的说法。这个词的意思是the act of becoming independent and no longer part of a country, area, organization, etc.，即从国家、地区或组织中独立出来。
第二，颠覆国家政权罪（Subversion）。
subversion表示the act of trying to destroy or damage an established system or government，即破坏体制或政府的行为，动词形式是subvert。
第三，恐怖活动罪（Terrorist Activities）。
第四，勾结外国或者境外势力危害国家安全罪（Collusion with a Foreign Country or with External Elements to Endanger National Security）。
勾结的译文是collusion，这个词表示secret agreement or cooperation especially for an illegal or deceitful purpose，即悄悄地一起做违法或骗人的事，动词形式是collude。和collusion意思比较接近的一个词是conspiracy，表示阴谋，动词是conspire。
之前，在香港暴乱期间，有些香港法官发表过不合适的言论，并且对于暴徒的判决异常温柔，让人大跌眼镜。
针对这种情况，这次的《国安法》对于法官的指定，做出了专门的规定。
凡有危害国家安全言行的，不得被指定为审理危害国家安全犯罪案件的法官。
A person shall not be designated as a judge to adjudicate a case concerning offence endangering national security if he or she has made any statement or behaved in any manner endangering national security.
adjudicate是专业的法律词汇，表示make a formal judgement on a disputed matter，即对于争端作出正式的裁定。
这次《国安法》还有一条备受关注，因为这条涉及到国安人员在香港的执法权。
持有驻香港特别行政区维护国家安全公署制发的证件或者证明文件的人员和车辆等在执行职务时不受香港特别行政区执法人员检查、搜查和扣押。
In the course of performing duty, a holder of an identification document or a document of certification issued by the Office and the articles including vehicles used by the holder shall not be subject to inspection, search or detention by law enforcement officers of the Region.
perform常见的意思是表演，但在perform duty的语境下，表示执行，履行的意思。
be subject to这个短语，表示服从于...或者受到...的限制，后面需要跟名词或者动名词。
检查、搜查和扣押对应的英文分别是inspection, search和detention。
听说《国安法》将要出台，乱港分子连忙退出政坛、与“港独”割席，仿佛一出闹剧要收场了。这不禁让我想到了毛主席曾经说过：
凡是反动的东西，你不打，他就不倒。这正如地上的灰尘。扫帚不到，灰尘照例不会自己跑掉。
