熊猫谷2024年端午节假期旅游公告
2024年端午节来临之际，为保证动物福利和游客安全，向游客朋友提供“清洁、文明、安全”的旅游环境，保障游客较好的参观体验，结合景区实际情况，熊猫谷（成都大熊猫繁育研究基地都江堰野放繁育研究中心）继续实行全线上实名预约、分时限流入园等措施，现将有关事宜公告如下，请游客朋友悉知，合理规划安排行程：
As the 2024 Dragon Boat Festival Holiday approaches, to ensure animal welfare and visitor safety, to provide a "clean, civilized, and safe" tourism environment, and to guarantee a better visiting experience for tourists, we have decided, following the actual conditions of the scenic area, that Panda Valley (Dujiangyan Field Research Center for Giant Pandas of Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding) will continue to implement measures such as online real-name reservation and time-phased limited entry into the scenic area. The following matters are hereby announced for visitors' knowledge. Please be informed and plan your trip accordingly.
1. Opening Hours
Morning ticket entry time: 7:30-12:00; Afternoon ticket entry time: 12:00-17:00; Clearing time: 18:30.
二、购票须知所有游客（含符合免费政策的游客）均须线上实名预约熊猫谷门票，并携带预约时填写的本人有效身份证件原件入园；60周岁及以上老年人可免预约，刷本人身份证原件入园。购票实行实名制（1人1票1证），每个身份证件号码限购门票1张。每日门票限量1.6万张（含免票游客），上下午各0.8万张。可于当日凌晨0:00起预约近7日门票，数量有限，售完即止，请提前预约。
2.Ticket Purchase Information
All visitors (including those who qualify for free admission) must make an online real-name reservation for Panda Valley tickets and enter with the original valid ID document filled out during reservation; Senior citizens aged 60 and above can enter without a reservation by swiping their original ID card. Ticket purchases are real-name-based (one ticket per person per ID), and each ID number is limited to the purchase of one ticket.
The daily ticket quota is 16,000 (including free admission), with 8,000 available for each morning and afternoon session. Tickets for the upcoming 7 days can be reserved from 0:00 with limited availability and on a first-come, first-served basis, so please reserve in advance.
三、购票渠道（一）线上渠道：熊猫谷未授权任何第三方机构或个人代理门票业务，为确保您顺利入园参观，避免经济损失，请务必通过官方微信公众号“熊猫谷”预订门票。非官方渠道购买的门票出现无法入园、无法退票等问题景区方不予负责。（二）线下窗口：当门票有余量时，线下票务窗口仅提供现金及境内外银行卡购票服务或提供票务问题处理服务；当日门票售罄后，将关闭线下票务窗口。
3.Ticket Purchase Approaches
(a) Online: Panda Valley has not authorized any third-party organizations or individuals to handle ticketing services. To ensure smooth entry and to avoid financial losses, please make sure to book your tickets through the official WeChat public account "Panda Valley". We will not be responsible for issues such as the inability to enter the scenic area or refund tickets purchased through unofficial approaches.
(b) Offline: When there is a surplus of tickets, the offline ticket window will only provide services for purchasing tickets with cash or domestic and foreign bank cards, or deal with ticketing issues; the offline ticket window will be closed after the daily tickets are sold out.
四、入园要求（一）所有预约成功的游客（含免票游客）均须携带本人身份证原件验票入园；携带户口簿、护照、台胞证、港澳来往内地相关证件的须出示本人相关证件核验后方可入园；遗忘或丢失上述证件的须出示本人其他证明身份材料或图片证据，经核验无误后方可入园。一人一证，人证不符，不能入园。（二）游客请在预约门票时自行选择入园参观日期及上、下午场次，为避免长时间排队等待，请按上、下午票入园时间段准时到场，切勿提前，未到时间段无法入园，谢谢配合。
4.Entry Requirements
(a) All visitors with successful reservations (including those with free admission) must bring their original ID card for ticket verification upon entry; those carrying household registration booklets, passports, Taiwan compatriot permits, and Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macao Residents must present their relevant documents for verification before entry; those who forget or lose the above documents must provide other proof of identity or photographic evidence, and may enter after verification. One person per document; if the person and document do not match, entry will not be allowed.
(b) Visitors should choose the date and session (morning or afternoon) for their visit when reserving tickets. To avoid long waiting times, please arrive on time according to the morning or afternoon ticket entry time slots; do not arrive early, as entry is not possible before the specified time. Thank you for your cooperation.
五、限流措施熊猫谷园区内瞬时最大承载量为0.5万人，瞬时游客量达到该限量时，将暂停检票入园，待游客量下降后重启检票入园；小熊猫生态放养区内瞬时最大承载量为450人，瞬时游客量达到该限量时，将暂停进入该区域参观，需排队等待，待游客量下降后方可进入参观。
5.Crowd Control Measures
The maximum instantaneous carrying capacity of Panda Valley is 5,000 people. When the instantaneous number of visitors reaches this limit, ticket verification and entry will be temporarily suspended until the number of visitors decreases before restarting ticket verification and entry. The maximum instantaneous carrying capacity of the Red Panda Ecological Free-Range Area is 450 people. When the instantaneous number of visitors reaches this limit, entry to this area will be temporarily suspended, and visitors will need to queue and wait until the number of visitors decreases before they can enter.六、交通路线熊猫谷地址：成都市都江堰市环山旅游路玉堂段408号，自驾搜索导航目的地“熊猫谷”。
