中国驻赞比亚使馆关于进一步调整优化赴华人员健康码申请要求的通知

为进一步优化新冠疫情防控措施，我馆现对赴华远端防控相关要求做出以下调整：

一、将登机前48小时内2次核酸检测调整为48小时内1次核酸检测，赴华的中、外籍乘客凭核酸检测阴性检测证明申请健康码。（中国公民通过微信搜索“防疫健康码国际版”小程序申请，外籍乘客通过网站https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/申请）。有既往感染史、密切接触者等人员行前检测要求同上。

二、自赞比亚赴华人员可根据自身行程安排在赞或在中转地任择一地进行核酸检测和申请健康码，检测时限要求为赴华直航航班登机前48小时以内。符合上述检测时限要求的中转人员，无需在中转地二次检测、二次申码。具体请关注查询中国驻中转地使领馆相关要求。

三、向我馆申请健康码需提供如下材料：

（一）核酸检测机构赴华航班登机前48小时内采样的核酸检测阴性报告；

（二）全程机票行程单；

（三）在赞有效居留证明，或护照个人信息页和入境章页（中国籍乘客提供）；

（四）赴华有效签证、居留许可等入境证明（外籍乘客提供）。

四、注意事项

（一）本通知自发布之日起执行。请拟赴华人员认真阅读本通知并遵照执行，如实申报个人相关信息，并按要求合理安排行前检测，获取检测阴性证明，并申请有带“HS”标识的绿色健康码或健康状况声明书。

（二）如在赞核酸检测时间无法确保距离中转地赴华航班起飞时间48小时之内，建议在中转地进行检测，并向中国驻当地使领馆申请健康码，无需在赞进行检测和申请健康码。

（三）拟赴华并安排在赞进行行前检测的人员，在取得核酸检测阴性证明后，请及时将检测结果及其他材料上传我馆供审发绿色健康码。我馆工作日、周末和节假日均审核相关申请，提交申请后请耐心等待，勿通过电话等反复催询，以免占用工作资源，干扰审核进度。

Notice on COVID-19 Tests and Health Certificate Requirements for China-bound Passengers

(Updated on 13/11/2022)

In order to curb cross-border transmission of COVID-19 via targeted means while facilitating convenient international travel, effective immediately, the Chinese Embassy in Zambia will issue a green health code with the "HS" mark and a green health declaration code with the "HDC" mark (both the two types will be referred as green code below) according to requirements on this notice.

1. All Chinese and foreign passengers who are going to fly from Zambia to China are required to take nucleic acid test at any competent organization certified by Zambia authority within 48 hours before boarding the direct flight to China.

Validity period of the green code is calculated based on the sampling/collection date.

2. Chinese nationals could apply for green code through Wechat. 

Foreign applicants could apply by visiting website: https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/, to register, login and reset password through an account linked to their email. 

3. The following documents are to be uploaded for green code application:    

(1) Nucleic acid test result.

(2) Flight itinerary.

(3) Passport, Chinese visa or resident permit.

4. There aren’t any direct flights from Zambia to China, passengers leaving Zambia for China need to transit through a third country. 

For passenger who fly from Zambia to China via a third country (region), if their test are sampled within 48 hours before departure of their direct flight to China, the Chinese Embassy in Zambia will issue green code for them.

If the passenger could not ensure the test are sampled within 48 hours before departure of their direct flight to China, it’s recommended to conduct the test in the transit country (region) . In this case they don’t need to conduct test in Zambia and apply for the green code.

5. Requirements for People infected with COVID-19 (nucleic acid test is positive) to apply for the green code are the same as one who has never contracted.

6. In the event of any inconsistency between the previously released information and this notice, this notice shall prevail.
