UEA’s China Business Development Office is currently searching for a dynamic professional to join our recruitment team in China as the Senior Partnership Recruitment Officer.

The gross annual package for this position is RMB 240K-360K.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role will be a vital part of the UEA Business Development team, promoting the university's brand in China to meet its student recruitment target. The focus of this role will be recruitment through Chinese university partnerships including the SQA Centers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for recruitment and China business development on behalf of UEA, achieving annual enrollment targets.
Daily communication with UEA staff (colleagues in China and on campus)
Coordinate applicant generation and conversion activity with domestic partners, students, and parents.
Coordinate resources for pre and post enrolment, activities, adhering high levels of customer service throughout.
Actively research and provide feedback on market trends and use data to use data and reporting to monitor and analyse recruitment performance.
Analyze enrolment situations in a timely and regular manner, and generate data analysis reports.
Organise and participate in marketing activities, student consultations and events.
Research and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure all goals are met while promoting the university's brand in China.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates with overseas study experience, relevant sales experience, or marketing channel development experience.
Excellent bi-lingual skills in Chinese and English both written and verbal.
Ability to present in a confident and persuasive manner.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated abilities in market development, coordination, and problem-solving.
Self-motivated, highly responsible in work duties, and able to undertake frequent business trips.
Willingness to be flexible by undertaking additional duties and occasional out of hours working
