大概在几个小时以前,世界卫生组织新冠疫情应对技术主管玛丽亚·范·科霍夫在社交媒体X上发布了一条更新:
“BA.2.86 and sublineages (incl JN.1) as a variant of interest (previously listed as VUM)”,意思是世界卫生组织将BA.2.86及其子系毒株(包括JN.1)的分类从“VUM”变更为“VOI”。

1.传染性是否增加
2.发病率是否增加
3.病死率是否增加
4.诊断率是否降低
5.对现有抗病毒药物的敏感性是否降低
6.中和抗体的敏感性是否降低
7.是否容易逃避机体的免疫
8.是否容易再次感染
9.接种过疫苗的个体感染是否增加
10特殊地域、特殊人群(如儿童和免疫缺陷的人群)感染率是否增加
VUI/VUM,Variant Under Investigation/monitoring,需要进一步观察/检测的变异株
