Nearly 1,300 stars ate at the Beverly Hilton Hotel at the 77th annual golden globes on Sunday night. For the first time ever, the menu at Sunday’s event will be entirely plant-based.

The organizers, The HFPA, reportedly made the decision amid global warming. "The climate crisis cannot be ignored, and after discussing it with our colleagues and friends in the community, we feel we need to do better," Lorenzo Soria said in a press release provided to media. The decision to make this whole plant-based meal was welcomed by the Beverly Hilton and represents a small step in response to a larger problem."
