House fund is available for foreigners who working in Tianjin

Notification of Concerning Policies on Housing Provident Fund for Foreigners to Work in Tianjin issued recently by Tianjin government shall take into effect on February 1st, 2018. Foreigners who have already signed labor contracts with the employers registered in Tianjin and have already obtained Foreigner’s Work Permit in the People’s Republic of China or Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card in the People’s Republic of China shall enjoy the same treatment of housing provident fund policy with Tianjin citizens. 

Upon satisfaction of related requirements, foreigners can deposit the housing provident fund in accordance with Tianjin relevant provisions on the basis of consensus through negotiation with the employers. After the deposit of the housing provident fund in Tianjin, the foreigners who are going to purchase houses, to rent houses or to pay off loans in Tianjin administrative regions can apply for withdrawing the housing provident fund in accordance with the provisions. 

外籍人员在津工作可缴存住房公积金

从天津市住房公积金管理中心获悉，为实施更加积极、开放、有效的人才政策，进一步发挥住房公积金制度对在津工作外国人的住房保障作用，经天津市政府、市住房公积金管理委员会审议通过，《关于在津工作外国人住房公积金有关政策的通知》日前发布，该政策于2018年2月1日实施。

外籍人员与天津市用人单位建立劳动关系，并已办理《中华人民共和国外国人工作许可证》或《中华人民共和国外国人永久居留身份证》，与天津市居民享受同等住房公积金政策待遇。

符合条件的外籍人员在与用人单位协商一致的基础上，可按天津市有关规定缴存住房公积金。住房公积金登记、缴存、封存、启封、转移，以及缴存基数和缴存比例等均按照天津市现行住房公积金缴存有关规定执行。

外国人在天津市缴存住房公积金后，在天津市行政区域内购买、租赁住房或者偿还住房贷款本息的，可按规定申请提取住房公积金，住房公积金提取条件、提取额度等按照天津市住房公积金提取有关规定执行。

在天津市缴存住房公积金的外国人，在天津市行政区域内购买住房的，可申请个人住房公积金(组合)贷款。个人住房公积金(组合)贷款条件，贷款额度、期限和利率，贷款担保及贷款偿还等按照天津市个人住房公积金(组合)贷款有关规定执行。同时符合商业银行个人住房贷款有关规定的，可申请个人住房公积金组合贷款。
