No more plastic bags

China, one of the world's biggest users of plastic, has unveiled a major plan to reduce single-use plastics across the country.

Non-degradable bags will be banned in major cities by the end of 2020 and in all cities and towns by 2022.

The restaurant industry will also be banned from using single-use straws by the end of 2020.

China has for years been struggling to deal with the rubbish its 1.4 billion citizens generate.

The country's largest rubbish dump - the size of around 100 football fields - is already full, 25 years ahead of schedule.

面对日益严重的“白色污染”近日，九部门印发通知，其中提及

2021年起，禁用不可降解塑料袋！

《通知》提出，自明年1月1日起，在直辖市、省会城市、计划单列市，城市建成区的商场、超市、药店、书店等场所，餐饮打包外卖服务以及各类展会活动中，禁止使用不可降解塑料购物袋。但是暂不禁止连卷袋、保鲜袋和垃圾袋。

同时，明年起全国禁止生产和销售一次性塑料棉签、一次性发泡塑料餐具；全国餐饮行业禁止使用不可降解一次性塑料吸管，但是牛奶、饮料等食品外包装自带的吸管暂不禁止。

There was no new Covid-19 case reported in Tianjin as of 21 of June.

So far, 61 imported cases patients have been discharged upon recovery, 5 patient still hospitalized.

-No imported suspected cases are undergoing test.

-No new locally transmitted cases or suspected cases were reported.

-4 asymptomatic infection cases are undergoing medical observation right now

7月20日18时至21日18时，我市无新增报告境外输入新冠肺炎确诊病例。累计报告境外输入确诊病例66例（中国籍61例、美国籍3例、法国籍1例、菲律宾籍1例），治愈出院61例，在院5例（均为普通型）。

7月20日18时至21日18时，我市无新增报告本地新冠肺炎确诊病例。累计报告本地新冠肺炎确诊病例137例，其中男性74例，女性63例；治愈出院134例，死亡3例。

我市无新增无症状感染者。累计33例（境外输入32例），其中解除医学观察26例、尚在医学观察4例、转为确诊病例3例。

第30例无症状感染者（境外输入）符合出院标准，于今日从空港医院出院，转入集中隔离医学观察点。

截至目前，全市无现存疑似病例，累计排查密切接触者5034人，尚有266人正在接受医学观察。

Huawei will not be prevented from investing in France

French Minister of Economy and Finance Bruno Le Maire said on Tuesday that France is not banning China-based tech company Huawei from investing in its next-generation 5G telecom networks, but will protect its interests of "national security."
