由酒店富有才华的行政西点主厨Christy Tse,选用进口牛奶和动物奶油制成奶冰,搭配每天新鲜制作的100%纯水果泥、酱汁以及小料,设计出多款不同风味的花式绵绵冰。

Using imported milk and dairy cream, the homemade cotton ice features 100% fruit puree, condiments and sauces that freshly made on day and four types made of selected wine. CNY 68+15% per portion during 20 Jul.,~13 Sep., 2020.

位于酒店七层的津韵中餐厅,由资深主厨蔡钢阳主理,今年第三次蝉联点评黑珍珠,现已成为城中精致中餐的代表。据说这次继续秉承"匠心功夫菜"的特色,在粤菜的基础上,选取夏季时令食材入味,再巧用创意设计推出了全新的“夏日时令推介”新菜单。
