On 14th June, 2021, at the traditional Dragon Boat Festival in China, a dragon boat race will take place on the Tianjin Haihe River.

There will be 30 dragon boat teams from local and international organizations and companies in China. The number of participants will be about 500, and will include Chinese and other nationalities. This is the largest number of participants in the 33-year history of dragon boat races in Tianjin. 
This year's dragon boat race is an exciting event that can be seen on both sides of the Haihe River. The race will be from the Daguangming Bridge to the Baoding Bridge, just in front of Astor Hotel, and near The Ritz-Carlton Tianjin and Shangri-La Hotel, Tianjin.

Thanks to the Tianjin Sports Bureau, the Tianjin Sports Lottery, and the Tianjin Dragon Boat Association's courage and innovative spirit, we will enjoy this beautiful event with the special support of TIANJIN PLUS New Media Group.

The dragon boat race is a famous sports and cultural event for tourism in Tianjin. Over the years, it has played an active role in promoting Tianjin, showing off the beauty of the Haihe River, expanding foreign exchange, and increasing the visibility of the city.

This year, in cooperation with the Tianjin Plus New Media, the 2021 Sports Lottery Cup Dragon Boat Competition will be held. This event is also a celebration of the Dragon Boat Festival.

WHEN

The Finals race of the competition will be held on 14th June.

LOCATION

Tianjin, on the Haihe River, from the Daguangming Bridge to the Baoding Bridge.

ORGANIZER, HOST and SPONSOR

The organizers are the Tianjin Municipal Sports Bureau, the Tianjin Sports Competition and Social Sports Affairs Centre and the Tianjin Dragon Boat Sports Association.

The hosts are the Tianjin Social Sports Administration Centre and the Tianjin Dragon Boat Association.

The sponsor and organizer of INTERNATIONAL TEAMS is TIANJIN PLUS New Media.

EVENT SCALE

More than 30 dragon boat teams will participate. The teams members come from China and also include other different nationalities, such as Germany, Spain, France, Denmark, Italy, Czech Republic, Singapore, Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom. There will be about 500 participants.
The competition will be set up in Open and Mixed groups of 200 metres and 500 metres. There is no restriction on the team composition in the Open Category, but there must be 4 female paddlers on the Mixed Team.

Tianjin International Teams

TIANJIN PLUS has invited 12 teams from Tianjin international corporations to participate under the TIANJIN INTERNATIONAL TEAM (TIT) organized by the Tianjin Dragon Boat Association and sponsored by TIANJIN PLUS New Media.

The Tianjin International Team (TIT) is composed of 12 teams. Each team has members from more than 18 different countries, including China, who are living in Tianjin.
This Haihe Dragon Boat Race has attracted the fervent attention of a large number of media.

运动员资格
1、能着比赛服装游泳100米以上2、经医院证明身体健康
竞赛办法
1、本次比赛按照中国龙舟协会最新通过的龙舟竞赛规则执行。2、本次比赛采用国际标准龙舟，龙舟、划桨及其配套设施由大会统一提供。参赛队也可携带和使用符合标准的划桨。3、每条龙舟均有规格一致的龙头、龙尾、鼓和鼓架。4、比赛采取预赛、决赛的方式决定名次。5、预赛的分组在领队、教练、裁判长联席会议进行。6.本次比赛要求运动员必须穿着救生衣参赛，并全部采取坐姿进行比赛。大会将提供救生衣。同时允许参赛队自带救生衣，但须签署有关免责书及提供该产品的合格证书。
录取名次每个项目录取前3名颁发奖牌，录取前六名颁发奖杯，其他各队获纪念杯；
本次海河龙舟赛事，吸引了大批媒体的热切关注～

“体彩杯”天津市“我要上全运”首届社区运动会暨第八届市民运动会海河龙舟赛疫情防控方案
为确保赛事安全顺利进行，保证赛事参与人员身体健康和生命安全，根据国家及本市对新冠疫情防控工作相关要求，结合龙舟赛事的实际情况，特制定第八届市民运动会龙舟赛疫情防控方案如下：
一、工作目标确保赛事安全顺利组织实施，保证赛事参与人员身体健康和生命安全。
二、工作原则坚持预防为主，对各类可能引发新冠疫情情况及时进行分析、预警、做到早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗。
三、基本要求
1、排查、掌握赛事参与人员14天之内有无到过疫情中高风险地区。预警赛事参与人员不要前往安徽六安市、合肥肥西县、辽宁营口市、广东省广州市等地区旅行及出差。
2、对参与人员中的在津外籍运动员，要求报备入境时间。发现问题及时上报解决。
3、在训练和比赛期间，要求参赛队负责人要随时注意队员的身心健康状况，如出现发热、咳嗽等症状，应立即及时安排就医。如训练和比赛期间出现中高风险疫情，立即终止训练和比赛，并及时上报属地疫情防控部门备案，确保赛事活动安全顺利举行。
4、简化赛事流程，适当减少比赛时间，如根据外企组的能力和体力实际情况，取消外企组500米比赛，以期确保安全。
四、防控措施
（一）比赛场所
1、训练和比赛场地为室外场地。
2、训练和比赛场地准备充足的含酒精洗手液和卫生设施；设有专用垃圾箱收集废弃口罩；对临时卫生间的门把手、水盆等进行预防性消毒和定期清洁，并配足卫生纸和洗手液。
3、训练和比赛场所设置隔离线，禁止无关人员进入。
4、在比赛期间专项设立隔离帐篷，对发热、咳嗽等症状人员实行快速就地隔离。
（二）人员管理
1、要求各参赛队首先自行查验“健康码”和测量体温，发现问题，及时处治、及时上报。
2、除运动员处于训练和比赛期间以外，要求佩戴口罩。
3、运动员的比赛器材、装备、衣物、水杯、毛巾等个人物品，禁止与他人共用。
4、如在比赛场所有用餐要求，用餐应实行分餐制，就餐时不得相互交谈、说笑、打逗。

Tianjin has a historical tradition of Dragon Boat Racing. In 1988, the first modern Haihe Dragon Boat Race was held. The Mayor of Tianjin, together with Lu Huansheng, created the Tianjin Dragon Boat Association.
The Haihe River is a famous city river in China, and Tianjin has become the centre of the Dragon Boat Sports in the northern region. The Haihe International Dragon Boat Race was selected as the national quality event and represents the sports culture of Tianjin.
In the past 30 years, Tianjin has trained more than 200 dragon boat teams, more than 3,000 dragon boat athletes, more than 200 coaches and more than 400 referees. The number of contestants has reached 50,000 and there are millions of spectators since the beginning.
The Tianjin Dragon Boat Association adheres to the philosophy of inheriting culture and advancing with the times, and has distinctive characteristics. It is the pioneer of the Tianjin Dragon Boat Movement, greatly promoting the Tianjin Dragon Boat Movement and contributing to the active development of China's dragon boat business.
Today, the Haihe has become famous abroad, and Tianjin has become an important city for the Chinese Dragon Boat Sport.
天津地处九河下稍，历史上就有龙舟竞渡的传统。改革开放后，这一中华传统瑰宝，乘天时地利人和之大势，在天津应运再生。1988年在李瑞环老市长的倡导下为纪念引滦入津五周年隆重举办了当代首届海河龙舟大赛。继而由天津水利元勋、我们的老领导陆焕生主席担纲擎旗创建了天津龙舟运动协会。天津龙舟运动因水(利)而生，因旅(游)而兴，因体(育)而盛。龙腾津门三十载，舟飞沽水两代人。天津龙舟从海河上游划到下游，从海河划到“三河”、湖泊、海港，从市区划到塘沽、大港、东丽、静海、宝坻，又划出津门，走向全国，划出国门，走向世界！龙舟运动所及，从企业到校园，从社区到团体，波涌全市。中国、亚洲、世界大学生龙舟赛在天津发源成势，国际警察龙舟赛、天津香港龙舟赛、天津商会龙舟赛、端午海河龙舟节、世界名校龙舟赛、全运会龙舟赛……诸多特色龙舟赛事在天津首创肇始。如今，海河成为享誉中外的世界城市名河，天津成为中国北方龙舟运动中心城市。海河国际龙舟赛入选国家级精品赛事。美丽的海河梦和浓烈的龙舟情铸就了名城名河名赛国际品牌效应，成为天津体育文化名片。
三十年来，天津先后培育各界龙舟队二百余只，龙舟运动员三千余名，教练员二百余名，裁判员四百余名，在津举办和和在外地联办联办龙舟赛事逾百次，参赛队遍及五大洲三十多个国家和地区及国内二十多个省市自治区，参赛选手累计五万人次，观众以百万计。
 历届市委市政府的关心重视，社会各界的支持和参与，全市龙舟爱好者的奋斗和奉献，换来了天津龙舟运动的蓬勃发展，为弘扬传统文化，推动全民健身，振奋天津精神，展现天津魅力，扩大开放交流发挥了积极作用。面对新时代新起点新征程，天津龙舟人将在市体育局、市文化与旅游局、社管局的关心指导下，不忘初心，砥砺前行，誓为创建龙舟强市，续写瑰丽篇章。
津门龙舟30年是改革开放四十周年的一朵浪花和一片绿叶，折射出改革开放的巨大光辉和伟大成就。天津市龙舟协会秉承传承文化，与时俱进，敢为人先，特色鲜明的理念，担当着天津龙舟运动的拓荒者，奉献者，传承者，艰苦奋斗，同舟共济，使天津市龙舟运动从无到有，从有走向辉煌，为中国龙舟事业的蓬勃发展，为推动“南舟北移”大趋势的形成做出了积极地贡献。
今天，海河成为了享誉中外的世界城市名河，天津成为了中国北方龙舟运动的中心城市，大学生专项龙舟赛事成为了津门首创肇始的特色赛事，海河国际龙舟赛作为全国唯一的龙舟项目入选国家级体育旅游精品赛事...名城名河名赛造就了国际品牌效应，成为天津体育、旅游、文化的一张亮丽的名片。
