Tianjin to build international consumption center city

Tianjin on October 11th unveiled a plan to develop itself into an international consumption center city. This decision plays an important role in establishing a new development pattern and embarking on the new journey of building Tianjin into a socialist modern metropolis.
In July, the State Council approved that Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Tianjin and Chongqing will take the lead in developing international consumption center cities.

The plan clarified the main goal and the key tasks of building an international consumption center city. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period(2021-25), Tianjin will cultivate commercial landmarks and focus on the upgrading of the consumer market. It will create a unique and charming business card of Tianjin while enhancing the concentration of international brands.


Efforts will be made to create an international level consumption environment and a convenient consumption system environment, improving consumer satisfaction, accessibility and comfort. The city will also promote interconnected regional development to develop a new pattern of consumption.


Districts of Tianjin will use their advantages to improve the quality of their commercial areas, increase their influence, and help the city's construction of an international consumption center city.

打造国际消费中心，天津方案发布！
近日，经国务院批准，北京、上海、广州、天津、重庆5座城市将率先开展国际消费中心城市培育建设。
10月11日，天津市政府新闻办举行新闻发布会。发布会上，《天津市培育建设国际消费中心城市实施方案（2021—2025年）》（以下简称《实施方案》）正式发布。天津市商务局党组书记、局长沈蕾介绍《实施方案》具体内容。明确了六方面重点任务，包括：打造消费地标、聚焦消费国际化、打造引领消费新高地、创建国际水准消费环境、构建国际消费自由便利制度环境、构建区域消费联动发展新格局。

Evergrande NEV Vows to Deliver Electric Cars Early Next Year

China’s embattled Evergrande New Energy Vehicle Group said on Monday it aimed to start producing electric vehicles (EV) next year despite facing a struggle to secure external investment.

Evergrande NEV, which is linked to troubled Chinese developer Evergrande Group, has held meeting with suppliers and local authorities in the coastal city of Tianjin where it is building a car plant. It said on its website that management would make sure it reached mass-production next year.


Evergrande NEV warned in stock exchange filings last month that it was still looking for new investors and to make asset sales, and without either it may struggle to pay employee salaries and cover other expenses. 

恒大称首款新能源量产车明年初下线
10月11日，恒大汽车战略合作伙伴大会在天津生产基地举行。
在会议上，恒大汽车总裁刘永灼表示，公司已打响了为期三个月的攻坚战，要确保恒驰首车在2022年年初在天津工厂下线，首款车辆为恒驰5。
按照恒大方面介绍，相较于上海和广州基地，天津基地拥有发改委和工信部颁发的新能源整车生产双资质，具备量产所需要的所有条件，所以恒大汽车把战略中心转移到天津基地。
在恒大汽车公布的2020年财报中，恒大汽车累计投入高达474亿元，其中249亿元用于购买核心技术跟研发投入，另外225亿元用于厂房的建设。
而对于目前陷入流动性困难的恒大集团来说，资金的运用更显的尤为重要。恒大汽车高管在会上表示，开源方面，恒大加速处置了此前收购的海外企业，最大力度盘活资产；节流方面，核心管理层主动暂停领取工资，员工办公地从写字楼搬到了工厂，最大可能节流成本。此外，为科研技术人员发放了新的期权，希望留住人才。

Russian plane carrying parachutists crashes, 16 killed

A plane carrying a group of parachute jumpers crashed in the Russian region of Tatarstan on Sunday, killing 16 people and injuring six, the Emergencies Ministry said.

The aircraft, which came down near the city of Menzelinsky, had been carrying 20 parachutists and two crew members. Six people were in a serious condition, the Health Ministry said.


A Let L-410 Turbolet twin-engine short-range transport aircraft, the plane was owned by an aeroclub in the city of Menzelinsk, the TASS news agency reported.


The RIA agency cited local authorities as saying one of the engines could have failed.

俄罗斯一架轻型飞机坠毁16人丧生
俄罗斯一架L-410轻型飞机10日在俄罗斯鞑靼斯坦共和国境内坠毁。俄紧急情况部说，事故目前已造成16人死亡，7名生还者已送医救治。
综合俄媒体及地方紧急情况部门消息，失事飞机属于一家航空俱乐部，机上载有23人，其中包括2名机组人员，21名跳伞爱好者。飞机从鞑靼斯坦共和国缅泽林斯克市的机场起飞后不久，在该市的无线电电子设施基地附近坠毁。
航空部门表示，事故原因可能是由于机上乘客多于规定的人数，飞机故障或操作失误。失事飞机机龄超过34年。
