The grand opening ceremony of Somerset Airport Zone Tianjin was successfully held on December 25, 2021, which marked Somerset Airport Zone Tianjin is officially opened and in operation, after months of intense preparations.

2021年12月25日，凯德投资旗下全球知名的服务公寓及酒店业主和住宿运营商——雅诗阁有限公司（以下简称“雅诗阁”）运营管理的精品物业——天津盛捷空港云筑服务公寓开业盛典正式举行，此举标志着在经历了数月的紧张筹备后，天津盛捷空港云筑服务公寓已正式开张纳客。

With the theme of "Dream Living in the Clouds, Home at Somerset", the whole ceremony kicked off with a lively ribbon-cutting and lion dance performance. The first family representative took over the key symbolizing the opening of the international warm living life from Ms. Li Heng, the resident manager of Somerset Airport Zone Tianjin announced the official opening of the apartment.
