Will an applicant inoculated with COVID-19 vaccines produced in China be exempted from quarantine when he/she enters China?
接种中国生产新冠肺炎疫苗后，入境中国内地时是否可以免除隔离？

No. The facilitation is only for visa application. While entering the mainland of China, all should abide by relevant regulations on quarantine and observation at the place of entry. The quarantine time is subject to the requirements of the local government. If you want to travel from HKSAR to the mainland, you should follow the prevention arrangement made between HKSAR and relevant province (municipality or autonomous region) of the mainland. For details, please consult relevant department of the HKSAR government or health department of the place of entry.

No. You can only apply for a visa at least 14 days after receiving two doses of vaccines with the stipulated gap in between, or a single-dose vaccine.
