What's On Your Table This Thanksgiving?

It's that time of year again! Time for what I like to think of as a Christmas Dinner dry run. Before I moved to China and befriended a bunch of Yanks (and found out that that is a more geographically specific pejorative than I thought before), the idea of having turkey twice in a single calendar year seemed farfetched at best. But now twice is an absolute minimum.
Turkey one - Thanksgiving (friends meal), turkey two - Thanksgiving (colleagues), turkey three - Christmas meal with friends who are heading to their home countries for the big day itself, turkey four - Christmas day. Plus all the great meals you make with the leftover meat afterwards: China has improved my life in ways I never thought possible.

All that is by way of introduction to this year's Breakfast Champion Thanksgiving Range! And just like the Breakfast Champion range in general this year the Thanksgiving Range has expanded, with some great precooked sides, pumpkin pies, new roasting joints, and all round deliciousness...
So what have we got in store for you (see what I did there...in store/in store...I'm wasted here)?
First up we have the always popular, all in one Thanksgiving Dinner Packs! This year there are six variations on the theme! With the usual Works (whole turkeys and hams), China-Proof (suitable for toaster ovens), and Convenience (suitable for those who don't even have a toaster oven) packs coming in 'Meat & Gravy' and 'Meat, Gravy, Sides, Sauces, & Desserts' versions, there really is something for the most dedicated of chefs right to the person who will mainly be focussed on drinking but who still wants to eat themselves to a proper standstill.
The pack of kings, the pack of 'I have sixteen close friends that I'm inviting over, how many do you have?', the pack of a proper turkey coma, the pack of a week of meals made from leftovers (which are often the best bit of having a whole turkey anyway), the pack that will have you so full you could go into a literal hibernation till the spring and still wake up feeling full. Ladies and gentleman, we give you 'The Works'!
With the 'Meat & Gravy' version you get just that; turkey, ham, sausage meat, mini sausages, streaky bacon, and some delicious homestyle gravy.
For a little bit more you can get the 'Sides, Sauces, & Dessert' edition which has everything in the 'Meat & Gravy' pack plus soup, mash, casserole, carrots & peas, craberry sauce, and whole pumpkin pies! You just need to supply your own booze and a racist uncle and it'll be just like being at home.
Whilst the Works packs are, all things being equal, the packs to go for (after all, there's nothing quite like taking the time to roast a whole turkey), for a lot of us that just isn't possible with the size of oven we're packing; it's what you do with it though, right?

And what we're doing is boned, stuffed, rolled, and pre roasted turkey leg and breast! Just heat it through in the oven and you're good to go. All the flavour, about 1/100th of the hassle!

Something I'd never seen, or even imagined could be a thing, before moving to China, was the kitchenless home. I guess that when eating out is so normalised you reach a point where it's the logical next step. However, that can cause problems at this time of year with microwaving a whole turkey not really an option. But don't worry we've got your back with our microwave (or small toaster oven) friendly Convenience packs.

Each pack comes with pre-sliced individual portions of turkey, stuffing, and ham, with all the trimmings.

Alongside the full meal packs we're also selling individual items (although not the non-meat sides, you'll have to purchase a pack to get those). We have all the usual Thanksgiving Breakfast Champion goodies, and we've added some great new roasting joints as well, for those looking to get their non-turkey dinner on this year.
