        今日談談對南陽音樂節偷盜事件的看灋。

        南陽之地,依傍中原,處豫鄂陝三省交界。此地人口眾多,截至2022年末常住人口961.50萬人。農業在南陽經濟中佔有重要地位,工業、服務業相對不發達。因此,南陽外出務工人數眾多,農村地區空心化甚為嚴重。

        此次南陽“迷笛”音樂節,乃南陽政府竭盡所能爭取,成功舉辦實屬不易。南陽各級機關鼎力配合,出動大批志願者協助此會。然結束之時發生大規模偷盜事件,狗尾續貂。行為之猖獗堪稱搶劫,令人唏噓。

        據瞭解,參與此次偷盜事件的多為當地年齡較大的農民。近日,網上討論此事件的文章極多,各路聲音此起彼伏,可謂百家爭鳴。今日閒來無事,也來胡說一通。

        私以為這次事件的偷盜者主要懷有以下幾種心理(這些心理名詞都是俺瞎謅的):

        一曰蛋糕不變心理現在我們常說要發展經濟,得先“把蛋糕做大”。然而,在古代農業社會,年經濟增長達到1%,就可以稱作是太平盛世了。時至今日,許多從事農業生產的人內心仍然認為經濟蛋糕的總量是固定的,即你多賺一點我必然少賺一點。在這種心理的影響下,當地農民並不會認為舉辦音樂節這類活動會給他們帶來實實在在的利益。為什麼淄博市民大多積極配合燒烤行業的發展?因為大多淄博市民能夠認識到包括餐飲業在內的旅遊業的發展能惠及到全體淄博人民。在南陽村民的蛋糕不變心理下,他們必然不會全力發自內心地支持該活動,而會想著如何攫取一份眼前的利益,讓別人少得一點。

        二曰從眾心理。說得簡單一點,就是別人不幹我幹,怕被抓;別人幹了我不幹,怕被人嘲諷。這種心理是根深蒂固的。一方面,偷盜者認為“灋不責眾”,自己不太可能成為那個被抓的典型。另一方面,比起被抓進局子關幾天,天天待在村子裏的農民更怕日後被人說自己呆癡,有便宜不曉得佔。跟隨大眾,可能是在當地的一種生存灋則。

        三曰小團體心理。一些當地人可能認為:“咱這村的人是一夥兒的。能引進這音樂節,那是咱這村的本事。偷了你們這些外地人的東西,那也是咱村的本事。甭管你外地人怎樣,富了咱村纔是勝利。”他們判斷是非的標準僅僅在於能否給自己和週邊的一小撮人帶來利益,至於再遠一點,那是無關緊要的。其實,這種心理是普遍的。大到國家的關稅,也與這種心理脫不了干係。

​        網絡上大部分聲音都是要求嚴懲這些偷盜者。然而,有以下幾種觀點,私以為是應該反對的。第一種是殺雞儆猴。衹抓典型嚴加懲罰,放過大多數人,以“到案”等模糊詞彙糊弄大眾。這會使得大部分人更加堅定地認為自己的做灋沒什麼錯誤,甚至以後茶餘飯後還會和人侃大山說自己偷的東西賣了多少多少錢,頂的過賣幾斤糧食。另一種是顚倒黑白。這些人在網上給偷盜者撐腰,混淆視聽。例如下面這篇文章:《旗幟鮮明支持南陽村民》👈🏻,突出村民的苦難和弱小以為他們博同情,黑白不分;又批評當今內地搖滾沒水平,偷換概念。還有一種是地域攻擊。擴大批評範圍,無差別攻擊南陽所有人民甚至是河南人民。這同樣是値得警惕的。

        至於南陽以後的服務業發展和營商環境形象,衹能自求多福了。

          Today I would like to talk about the incident of Nanyang Music Festival Theft.

        On the edge of the Central Plains, Nanyang locates on the junction of Henan, Hubei and Shaanxi Province. It has a large population, 9.6150 million till the end of 2022. Agriculture plays an important role in Nanyang's economy, while industry and services are relatively backwards. Therefore, many people in Nanyang go out as migrant workers, leading to the hollow phenomenon in rural areas.

        The successful opening of the Midi Festival of Nanyang, which the government of Nanyang made full efforts to struggle for, was really a hardship. Organs of all levels tried their best to support the festival, dispatching large numbers of volunteers. However, the large-scale theft at the end of the activity was a wretched sequel to the find work. Shockingly, it is even enough to be regarded as robbery for its savagery.

        As far as I know, the majority of the participants of theft is the old local farmers. Recently, there were many articles about the incident. All kinds of voices rise and fall, as the contention of a hundred schools of thought. Today I would like to just bullshit as others.​

        In my opinion, the thieves of the incident mainly harboured the following mentalities (These terminologies of psychology are completely cooked up by myself):

        I.Constant Cake. Nowadays we usually say that to develop economy we should "make the cake bigger". However, in ancient agricultural society, it can be cognized as heydays with 1% economic growth. Today there are still many people occupied in agriculture insist from their inmost heart that the aggregate of the cake is constant. In other words, that you earn a bit more means that I earn a bit less. Affected by such mentality, local farmer don't agree that holding a musical festival will bring them tangible benefits. Why most Zibo citizens support the development of barbecue trade? Because most Zibo citizens believe that the development of tourist industry including catering industry can benefit whole Zibo people. With the mentality of constant cake, Nanyang villagers won't support the activity wholeheartedly and spontaneously.  On the contrary, they will attempt to fetch short-term benefit and make others earn less.

        II.Conformity. Putting it simply, if others did't but I did, I'm afraid of being arrested; If others did but I didn't, I'm afraid of being mocked. Such mentality is deep-seated. In one hand, thieves believe that "the law can not be enforced when everyone is an offender" and don't think that they are the one being arrested. In other hand, compared to being jailed for several days, being mocked by others for being stupid and not taking advantage of the chance is more terrible. Following the general trend may be a local rule of living.

        III.Groupuscule. Some local people may hold the opinion that "We fellowtownsmen belongs to the same group. It depends on us to bring in the musical festival. And stealing you outlanders' property is also our ability. Whatever you outlanders do, richening our own village is a triumph.” Their standard for judging right from wrong is whether it can benefit themselves and a few people around them. As for remoter people, that's of no importance. Actually, such mentality is universe. Big enough as tariffs also have something to do with it.

        Most voices from the Internet claim severe punishment on these thieves. However, the following several contentions are what we should oppose. Firstly, centesimate. Punishing typical people, winking at the majority and using words like "present" to deceive the public only makes most people more firmly believe that there is nothing wrong with their behaviour. Later that may even chat with people on how much they sells their spoils for, equal to how much grain. Secondly, confusing right and wrong. These people support thieves on the Internet and confuse others. For instance, the following article, Starkly Support Nanyang Villagers👈🏻,accents villagers' misery and weakness to command sympathy for them, confusing right and wrong, and criticize today's Mainland rock music for poor quality, disguising replacement of concept. Thirdly, regional discrimination. Broadening the boundary of criticism and condemning all Nanyang people and even Henan people without distinction, these are also what we should be alert to.

        As for the future development of service industry and image of business environment of Nanyang, just fend for yourself.
