Got out of bed the wrong side.
This phrase literally means "someone just took the wrong pills". It also means that someone is behaving silly or not normal.
A：Tā jīntiān wèishénme túrán fā píqì a?
A：他今天为什么突然发脾气啊？
（Why did he suddenly lose his temper today?）
B：Wǒ zěnme zhīdào, chī cuò yào le ba!

（When they got married, there was a beluga whale to join in the fun!）
A：Nǐ kàn! Nà biān fāshēngle yìwài, wǒmen gǎnkuài qù kàn yīxià ba!
A：你看！那边发生了意外，我们赶快去看一下吧！
(Look! There is an accident over there, let's go and have a look!）
B：Jiùhù chē yǐjīng dàole, wǒmen bié còu rè nào le.

(The ambulance is here, we'd better not add more troubles.）
Fán bù fán a!
烦不烦啊！
So annoying！
烦 (fán） comes from 麻烦 （máfán） which means troublesome and annoying. You can use this when you get super annoyed by someone. It could be very direct but effective to stop people doing things that annoy you.
Nǐ zài gōngzhòng chǎnghé zhème dàshēng jiǎng diànhuà, fán bù fán a!
你在公众场合这么大声讲电话，烦不烦啊！
（You speak so loud on the phone in public, it's very annoying!）
