Video of Husband Waiting Outside Delivery Room Goes Viral

A Weibo user who goes by @别人家的恋爱 shared a video that has moved the entire nation…

The video shows 6 Chinese men waiting outside the delivery room at a hospital, one of whom was the soon-to-be father.

He held his bouquet of flowers, anxiously waiting, until his wife and baby eventually came out of the delivery room together. He hurried to stand by his wife’s bedside and show her the flowers he had picked out for her, providing her with a bit of comfort after all her efforts.

Seeing the smile on his wife's face meant the world to him at that very moment.

He took a few seconds to take it all in and embrace being a father. 

But shortly after holding the baby, he passed her over to his family so he could go back and check in, with tears falling down his cheeks, on his tired wife.

Despite remaining silent, we can see from this scene in the video how much this man cares about his wife’s health and well-being.

This was very touching.

He kissed his wife first, then kissed his baby lying next to her.

Holding his bouquet in one hand, he told his wife: “Honey, you did really good. You did so good,” and kissed her.

He held his wife's hand against his chest held, tightly enough not to ever let it go again.

This was such a heart-warming video that many people cried, myself included, after watching it.

The Weibo user who shared it wrote: “Out of everyone waiting outside the delivery room, you can tell that whoever are rushing to come to the wife’s bedside is expressing pure and genuine love.”

From the moment they both shared their vows at the wedding until this moment and forever after, their love prevails.
