One morning in Liupanshui, Guizhou province, a man was under interrogation at the Zhong Shan Public Security Bureau Chuan Xin police station when the handcuffs suddenly malfunctioned. Police officers tried a variety of tricks to unlock them, but they wouldn’t budge. 

So, in complete desperation, officers called 119 for help.

"119? This is 110. We need your help.”

Firefighters received the call and rushed to the scene.
