Stir-Fried Tofu in Hot Sauce
Ingredients

dòu fu 豆腐 Tofu | 500g | |
niú ròu xiàn 牛肉馅 Minced beef | 150g | |
dòu bàn jiàng 豆瓣酱 Soybean paste | 30g | |
huā jiāo fěn 花椒粉 Pricklyash Powder | 1g | |
cōng huā 葱花 Chopped scallions | 5g | |
suàn róng 蒜蓉 Chopped garlic | 20g |
Steps
步骤 bù zhòu
1. 豆腐切2厘米见方的小块。
Cut the tofu into cubes of 2 cm square.
2. 倒入适量的油,放入牛肉末煸炒。
Heat the pan. Pour the proper amount of peanut oil and fry the minced beef.
3 加入豆瓣酱,小火炒至牛肉变色
Add soybean paste and stir-fry after the minced beef change color.
4. 加入蒜末,炒出香味
Add chopped garlic and stir-fry
5. 加入清水, 按需添加酱油和盐调味。
pour into some water. Add the proper amount of soy sauce and salt.
6.豆腐放入锅里,小火煮3-5分钟。
Put the tofu into the pan and boil it for 3 to 5 minutes.
7. 倒入水淀粉,晃动锅混合均匀。
Add starch water into the tofu. Meanwhile, shake the side of the pan to mix the starch water and the soup.
8. 撒入葱花和花椒粉。
Put in the chopped scallions and the prickly ash powder
