材

土豆  tǔ dòu / Potato           200g

青椒  qīng jiāo  / Pepper      100g

茄子  qié zǐ / Eggplant         150g

生姜  shēng jiāng / Ginger   5g

糖      táng / Sugar                3g

生抽  shēng chōu  / Light soy sauce  3g

蒜      suàn / Garlic               10g

做

菜

1、切茄子、青椒、土豆，分别用油炸，熟了后，放在一边。

1、qiē qiézǐ, qīngjiāo, tǔdòu, fēnbié yòng yóu zhà, shú le hòu, fàng zài yī biān.

1、To cut eggplant, green peppers and potatoes, deep fried, （fry for 1 minute） and put aside.

2、放一点油，炒一下蒜和生姜。

2、fàng yī diǎn yóu, chǎo yí xià suàn hé shēngjiāng.

2、To put some oil, fry the garlic and ginger.

3、把茄子，土豆放进去，加生抽。

3、bǎ qiézǐ, tǔdòu fàng jìn qù, jiā shēngchōu.

3、To put the eggplant, potatoes inside, add soy sauce ( if it is not salty enough, you can add some salt).

4、最后加青椒，糖，炒一分钟，好了。

4、zuìhòu jiā qīngjiāo, táng, chǎo yī fēnzhōng, hǎo le.

4、Last, to add green pepper, sugar, and fry for a minute.
