Shandong: 


Electric bicycles without a license plate are banned.



From September 1, electric bikes without a license plate or temporary license plate will not be allowed to drive on the road.


Hunan: 


Standard of cost of individual capture of medical insurance is unified for 280 Yuan.


In 2021, the individual payment standard of medical insurance for urban and rural residents in the province is unified at RMB 280 per person. In principle, the payment period of centralized participation in medical insurance shall be 1 solstice on September 31, 2020.


Xi 'an: 


Motorbikes are banned from carrying passengers, with a maximum penalty of 5,000 yuan


The regulations will take effect on September 1. The Regulations  prohibit the use of motorcycles, electric tricycles, electric bicycles, motor wheelchairs for the disabled, human-powered tricycles and other vehicles to carry passengers illegally. If there are other serious circumstances, he may be fined not less than 2,000 yuan but not more than 5,000 yuan.



At the same time, a passenger shall not take any of the above-mentioned vehicles that carry passengers illegally. In case of violation of regulations, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall order him to make corrections and deal with him with a warning or a fine between 20 yuan and 50 yuan.


Urumqi: 


Urumqi International Airport has opened and resumed flights to Xinjiang


Starting from September, Urumqi International Airport will open and resume a certain number of outbound flights to facilitate passenger travel.


Since September 1, Xinjiang branch of China Southern Airlines has resumed flights from Urumqi to Lanzhou, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Changsha, Xiamen, Tianjin and other places, with one flight per day at the beginning.

Shenzhen:

Per this new regulation, Household waste is to be divided between "recycles", "kitchen waste", "hazardous waste", and "other waste".
