Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research and analysis grasp market opportunity, effective analysis of potential client companies operating and financial situation, thus avoid risk; Negotiate with customer, foreign liaison, proposal, receipts, etc.; Internally, formulate strategies, coordinate resources, job assignments, supervision process, etc. 2. Assist gm to make the monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan. 3. To make marketing strategies and marketing activities and make sales department moving in the right direction; Guide subordinate enhance cooperation with clients, to improve the level of communication structure cohesion in this area. 4. Form sales team responsible for the sales staff recruitment, training, tutoring, motivation, business evaluation, forming a good sales team. 5. Understand sales personnel daily sales results and sales staff to the dynamic, timely adjust selling point analyzing customer's requirement, keep good relationship with customers are seeking opportunities to develop new business,; 6. Understand the monthly sales situation and according to the sales that month arrange next month's focus, and adjust working methods. 7. Management sales channel and customer data management for timely customer visit and salesman service on track; Organization department cases at our web site, coordinate and deal with problems, promptly to the general manager sales work situation.
