What’s the Best Way to Spend Mother’s Day?

In our childhood, we may always make our mothers angry with being naughty or many other things in school.

Our mothers always took good care of us though, providing a home, food, and love for us every day. Helping us with our homework, shuttling us to school, appointments, and birthday parties; they so often put us before themselves.

We promised them we’d never grown up but if we did, we’d make so much money and take care of them, we’d buy them a nicer house, a nice car, and all the things she could ever want so she wouldn’t have to work anymore.

Now that we are older, we may feel too busy to take the time to say “Thank you, mom”, “I love you, mom”, or even a simple call to say hello and check up on them!

We spend so much time at work and with our friends that we forget to share our lives with our parents.

They still want to know about our great achievements at work and of course, our personal life. They still want to share our happiness!

Today, May 9 is Mother’s Day.

So even if you’re far away from your mother, make sure to give her a call or video and tell her how much you love her! Spend some extra time talking about life and sharing stories. 

And, if you are around, make sure to use the weekend to spend time with your mother to enjoy the quality time together. Make a meal for her, go for a walk, shopping, or whatever her favorite hobbies and activities are!

The best gift is time together! 

Time flies, make sure to spend time with your family, especially your parents!
