Job Responsibilities

 Efficiently accomplish both training session and preparation work and be able to deliver lessons in professional studios alone.  Proofreading works of teaching materials, creative suggestions are expected.  Accomplishing other teaching related tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.  Actively participated in curriculum development and building, engaging with trainers.  Proactively involved in marketing campaign.  To learn and practice the use of live class related equipment under trainer’s assistance.  Applying positive work ethic and sense of humor to attract students.

Job Requirements

Its a full time position located in Beijing China, position need to based in Beijing. Native English speaker from US,UK,CA, and Australia preferred. Minimum qualifications:  Bachelor's degree.  TEFL certificate (120 hours online learning). Preferred qualifications:  Detailed understanding of teaching language and performance.  Excellent communication skills; confidence in presenting story to children aged from 4-12.  Early childhood teaching experience working with cross functional teams in a matrix environment.  Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives; distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment.  Demonstrated ability to work, collaborate and influence cross-functionally.
