WeChat just released its latest iOS update 8.0.8 on July 14th.

There is an unexpected new feature:

You can customize the WeChat ringtone!

Message notifications, voice and video call ringtones can be replaced.

There are 8 tones to choose from.

To modify the ring tone for incoming calls in WeChat, you need to open the "voice and video call ring tone" button first.

In the official provided ring tones, you can also search for songs or artists at the top of the page to find the ring tones you want.

Set to follow a group member whenever he/she says.

When someone you special follow speaks in a group chat, WeChat will remind you to follow them, while others in the group will remain undisturbed as before.
