School of Humanities of Shanghai Jiao Tong University is a secondary school of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

The school was founded in 1997 as the School of Humanities and Social Sciences of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In June 2003, it was officially renamed School of Humanities, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In May 2015, the School of Humanities and the School of International Education were merged into the new School of Humanities of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In 2019, the Institute of Humanities and Arts of Shanghai Jiao Tong University was merged into the School of Humanities of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

According to the official website of the College in August 2022, the college consists of 5 teaching units, 2 undergraduate majors and 5 undergraduate minor majors. There are 3 master's degree programs in first-level disciplines, 1 master's degree program in English, 1 professional master's degree authorization category, 1 doctor's degree authorization in first-level disciplines, and 1 post-doctoral research mobile station. As of December 2019, the College had 164 faculty members and 1,921 students on campus.
