捷克陨石的简介

捷克陨石的英文命名为Moldavite。捷克陨石的形成约在一千五百万年前，当时有一颗巨大的陨石撞击到地球表面，大爆炸产生了高温与高压，而将这颗陨石与周围的石头融合成玻璃状物质，而在1787年在捷克摩达维河Moldavite发现，所以英文就以Moldavite命名，中文为捷克陨石。捷克陨石外观像绿色，半透明的玻璃，是十分稀少的物质，它的外观常有很特殊似雕刻的花纹，常被直接拿来镶嵌成珠宝饰品
