Why should I apply?

为什么要申请？

Non-criminal record can be used to apply for work permit and green card. Notarization of non-criminal record is often used for immigration, studying abroad, visiting relatives, or applying for a job.

无犯罪记录常用于申请工作许可、工作签证与永久居留等事由。而无犯罪记录公证公证常用于移民、留学、探亲，或在国内外应聘工作等事由。

Make sure you have resided continuously for more than 6 months in Shenzhen！

温馨提示：在深居住超过六个月才能办理哦！

How to apply?

如何申请？

You can go to Administration Service West Hall in Shenzhen Civic Center to do the On-site handling.

前往深圳市福田区福中三路市行政服务大厅综合窗口（西厅）提交材料

Following their guidance and after you finish the application, you’ll get a text message to inform that you’ve applied it and when it’s ready to pick up or send to you by post. 

根据他/她们的指引办理业务，完成申请以后您将会收到短信告诉您具体的无犯罪记录证明领取时间。

Notarization can be handled in foreign-related notary office（Bay Area International Exchange Service Center can provide foreign-related notary service）

公证：前往具有涉外资格公证处进行公证（湾区国际交流服务中心可提供涉外公证服务）
