        为坚决打赢新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控阻击战，落实教育部及省、市疫情防控指挥部的要求，保证我区中小学正常的教学时间和教学进度，最大限度地减少疫情对中小学教学及九年级中考备考的影响，区教育发展中心组织开展了义务教育阶段线上教学资源征集和评选活动。

        活动开始以来，我区各年级英语老师夜以继日、辛勤工作，全力以赴、精心准备。目前，我们业已收到了由顺德区各校初中英语教研团队联袂打造的大量高质量的初中三个年级的英语微课资源。从即日起，顺德区初中英语微信公众平台将按照新学期教学总体进度，适时地为您推送经过我区中心教研团队精心遴选的各年级微课视频及授课资源，授课视频包括教学设计、教学课件、学生学案、欢迎我区初中英语同仁关注、点赞、分享、借鉴、学习，助力高质量的在线英语教学和学习。

        我们将首先为大家推送各年级第一模块的的教学内容，为确保模块教学、学习的整体性。一个模块三个单元资源均由一位老师整合打造。在八年级的资源推送分享的板块中，我们将分三天时间推送三个单元的内容。授课老师是顺德区德胜学校罗国华老师。今天国华老师的授课内容是U2M1,Grade 8, 敬请关注！

 罗国华老师简介

        罗国华 顺德德胜学校英语教师 勇于面对改革的形势，全面提高自身素质。系统地学习最新的教育理论和新课程改革的理论知识，用先进的教育理念指导教学，主动承担学校公开周的教改活动。积极密切跟踪本学科的教研动态和中考信息，重视学科与学科之间的整合，把环保意识教育和思想政治教育融合到学科教学中。积极开展备课、听课、开设讲座等教研活动，积极参加区级课题“Fun English与建设校园英语环境探索”的研究工作，并顺利结题。带领科组教师开发了“校园（实用）英语900句”的校本课程。

        在担任科组长期间，工作认真出色，每学年都被评为学校先进、优秀科组。主动参与英语系的教研研讨工作，配合学校完成各项任务。曾获“外教社杯”第六届全国中学生英语阅读竞赛优秀指导老师奖”；“广东省义务教育教师学历与综合素质提升培训”项目优秀学员；参加第五届、第十届全国中小学公开课电视展示活动“课堂实录”全国一等奖及“教学论文”全国二等奖；第四届全国中小学公开课电视展示活动“课堂实录”全国一等奖及“说课稿”全国二等奖；2011年全国基础教育英语综合能力竞赛（习思能力竞赛）优秀辅导教师；2007年佛山市初中英语优质课评比一等奖；多次被学校评为优秀、先进科组长，优秀青年教师。积极撰写教育教学论文和案例，多篇论文和案例荣获国家级、省级、市级与区级一、二等奖。多年来培养出像黄哲（2016年顺德区中考状元，现就读于清华大学）、张栩（2017年顺德区中考第九名）等优秀毕业生。

Module 1 Feelings and impressions

学法指导

学习运用系表结构描述人的外表，初步认识并使用when？引导的时间状语从句。

活动1：是热身运动，为阅读部分做了句式结构及词汇上的准备。要求学生运用所给词汇谈论图片中的人物形象。

活动2：是Sally写给其笔友Lingling的一封电子邮件（信），要求学生读后根据信中描述找出正确的图片。

活动3：要求将所给问句与相应段落配对，考查学生把握段落大意的能力。

活动4：要求学生仿照信件中Sally对自己外表的描述，描述照片中人物的形象。

活动5和6：要求以回答问题和两人对话的形式，运用when？引导的时间状语从句谈论别人及自己的感受。

活动7：要求按照提示给Sally写一封回信介绍自己的情况：外貌、喜好等等。

教学设计

一、教学目标

【知识目标】

1. 通过本课的学习，学生能够正确运用下列单词和词组：fair, glasses, proud, be proud of, jeans, pretty, nervous, message, hobby, at school, mark, love, sb. can’t wait to do sth.

2. 进一步学习感官动词feel、look、smell、taste的用法，在理解的基础上学会用它们表达情感。

【能力目标】

能读懂对人外貌和性格的简单描述。

【情感目标】

能正确描写一个人的外貌、性格、爱好等。

二、教学重难点

1. 理解感觉和知觉系动词的构成及掌握自我描述的表达方式。

2. 能够运用感官动词正确描写出一个人的外貌、性格、爱好等。

Step 1 Warming-up

1. Learn to sing the song called “Fight the Coronavirus” again.

2. Check the homework they did yesterday.

3. Introduce the new words.

4. Read the words and expressions after the teacher.

Step 2 Play a game: Guess who he or she is?

Step 3 Work together

1. Ask the students to look at the pictures in Activity 1.

2. Ask the students to read the words in the box in Activity 1.

e) How does Sally feel when she does not know how to do things in the right way?

d. hope (v.)

hope to do sth，希望做某事

但不可以说 hope sb. to do sth.

e. know(v.)认出

know sb. / sth. = recognize sb. / sth.

因为大家都戴上了口罩，所以认不出来了。

We can’t recognize anyone because they are wearing masks.

你能认出他的作业吗？

Can you recognise his homework?

他们脱下口罩与防护服后你能认出他们吗？

Can you know them after they took off their masks and protection suits?

f. quite (adv.) =very相当，十分

今天很冷。

It’s quite cold today.

g. I spend a lot of time playing classical music with my friends at school.

spend意为“花费（时间、金钱）；度过”是动词，主语是人，常用结构有：

a. S+spend+money/time+on sth. 如：

    凯特每天花两个小时做家庭作业。

Kitty spends two hours on her homework every day.

b. S+spend+money/time+(in) doing sth. 如：

    小孩们花了他们的红包买口罩给武汉人们。

The children spent their lucky money buying the masks for people in Wuhan.

h. as well 也

他也会说德语。

He can speak German as well.

我妹妹不但会唱歌也会跳舞。

My sister not only sings, and she dances as well.

i. especially (adv.) 特别是，尤其是

她喜欢音乐，特别是古典音乐。

She likes music, especially classical music.

我喜欢很多城市，特别是武汉，因为她是一个很英雄的城市。

I like many cities, especially Wuhan, because she is a heroical city.

j. My brother is in the school tennis team—I’m very proud of him.

be proud of sb./ sth.

k. a bit  = a little 稍微，有点儿

可以用来修饰动词，形容词，副词和比较级。
