HKIAC关于新冠肺炎疫情的应对措施（更新至2020年3月20日）

香港国际仲裁中心（下称“HKIAC”）一直将用户及员工的健康和安全作为首要任务。HKIAC已采取针对新冠肺炎疫情的防范措施。与此同时，HKIAC位于香港中环交易广场2座的办公场所仍保持正常运作，并可进行庭审和会议。

The health and safety of guests and staff at the Centre is of top priority to us and we have put in place precautionary measures in light of the COVID-19 situation. Subject to these measures, HKIAC’s premises at Two Exchange Square, Central, Hong Kong remain operational and accessible for hearings and meetings.

有关HKIAC员工和设施的一般预防措施

General precautions concerning HKIAC staff and facilities

• HKIAC一线服务人员必须全程佩戴口罩；
• HKIAC员工将注重个人卫生，包括从办公室外返回、接触人员及公共场所后必须洗手，日常勤洗手（使用消毒皂）；
• HKIAC对本中心公共区域实施更严格的清洁/消毒；
• HKIAC所在的交易广场二座对所有进入人员进行体温检测。体温在37.8℃以下，方得入内；
• HKIAC员工现时可选择远程居家办公，根据现时有效或自2020年3月16日一周内及后生效的规定，如员工前往香港特区政府规定隔离期的国家/地区，则必须离开办公室并进行为期至少14天的自我隔离，直至无症状且经过进一步评估后才得以返回。
  

• All HKIAC front-line service staff will wear face-masks at all times;
• All HKIAC staff will maintain a high standard of personal hygiene which includes frequent hand-washing (with sterilizing soaps), compulsory when returning from outside of the office or after contact with a person or public surfaces;
• HKIAC has implemented increased cleaning/sterilization of impacted parts of the Centre;
• All persons entering Two Exchange Square, which hosts HKIAC, will be subject to a temperature check. Entry will only be granted to individuals with a temperature below 37.8°C;
• HKIAC staff currently have the option of working from home and any staff member who recently travelled to a country in respect of which the Hong Kong government has imposed a quarantine period which is currently in effect or will take effect during the week commencing 16 March 2020 and onwards, is required to work away from the office and self-quarantine for at least 14 days, to return only if asymptomatic and subject to further assessment of the situation.

对于海外入港人士的特别应对措施

Special precautions in respect of persons arriving in Hong Kong from "Foreign Places"

由于香港特区政府规定，自中国境外（自2020年3月19日生效）以及中国内地（2020年2月8日生效）入港人士须进行强制隔离。因此抵港至少隔离14天后并无症状，才得进入HKIAC。此外，HKIAC的所有访客均须填写健康申报表，如须填写，请点击“阅读原文”。

Taking into account the Hong Kong government’s policy of imposing compulsory quarantine on all persons arriving from all places from outside of China (effective 19 March 2020) and from Mainland China (effective 8 February 2020), any person to whom such policy applies shall not be permitted to enter HKIAC for at least 14 days of their arrival in Hong Kong and thereafter only if asymptomatic. In addition, all guests coming to the Centre are required to complete the Health Declaration Form.
