ABOUT THE ARTIST

乐手简介


Anthony Tao, who has lived in Beijing for the past fifteen years, reflects on the ever-changing nature of the city in this poetry reading / book talk. He is the author of the recently published full-length poetry collection We Met in Beijing, which brings to life the tree-lined streets, dusty alleys, mirthful canals, fashionable rooftops and sweaty nightclubs of China’s political and cultural nerve center. 



陶一星在过去的十五年间居住在北京,他将在这次的诗歌朗诵/书籍讨论中反映这座城市不断变化的特性。他是最近出版的诗集《我们在北京相遇》的作者,该诗集生动地描绘了北京绿树成荫的街道、尘土飞扬的小巷、欢快的运河、时尚的屋顶派对以及动感十足的夜店。


Born and raised in Vienna, Austria, Nina Dillenz relocated to her father’s native China in 2015, where she pursues her passion for the visual art forms. She creates live-backdrops for various music- and performing arts shows under the VJ name i-330, which is borrowed from Evgeny Zamyatin’s dystopian novel “We” and references her love for rough, old-school aesthetics. Her style is influenced by 90ies techno culture and psychedelia and prominently features elements from nature, daily life, and pop culture interspersed with glitches. She enjoys mixing analogue with digital formats and is recently experimenting with liquid light setups.


出生并成长于奥地利维也纳的石霓那,在2015年搬到了她父亲的祖国中国,继续追求她对视觉艺术形式的热情。她以VJ名字i-330创作现场背景,这个名字来源于叶甫盖尼·扎米亚京的反乌托邦小说《我们》,并且体现了她对粗犷、老派美学的喜爱。她的风格受到90年代电子音乐文化和迷幻艺术的影响,特色明显,融合了自然、日常生活和流行文化元素,间杂着故障美学。她喜欢将模拟格式与数字格式结合,并且最近正在尝试液态光效果的实验。
