The Badaling Great Wall, known as the "First Barrier of Beijing", is strategically located to guard the Juyongguan Pass. Badaling is like a "dragon lantern" tucked up in the mountains at night, with its old walls silhouetted against the black sky by a plethora of bright lights.
Operating Hours: 7:30-16:00 (November 1 to March 31 of the followingyear); 6:30-16:30 (April 1 to October 31)
Opening Hours for Night Tours: 18:30-22:00, April 30 to October 6, 2024
Badaling Ancient Great Wall Scenic Spot

Badaling Ancient Great Wall is located 5 kilometers southwest of Badaling Great Wall Scenic Area. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that it has not experienced any large-scale renovations and restorations, and still maintains its ancient form, which allows you to feel the vicissitudes of history and a sense of gravity.
Operating Hours: 09:00-16:30 (April 1 to October 31 with last entry at16:30); 09:00-16:00 (November 1 to March 31 of the following year withlast entry at 16:00)
Mutianyu Great Wall

The Mutianyu Great Wall lies in a strategic position with dense watchtowers. Its entire border wall was constructed along the mountainridges, demonstrating its immense majesty and strategic importance and embodying the essence of the Great Wall of the Ming Dynasty.
Operating Hours: 07:30-18:00, Monday-Friday with last entry at 17:30 and 07:30-18:30, Saturday-Sunday with last entry at 18:00 (March 16-November 15); 08:00-17:30 (November 16-March 15 of the next yearwith last entry at 17:00)
Ticket sales will stop 1 hour in advance, and entrance checkpoints will close 30 minutes in advance.
Huanghuacheng Lakeside Great Wall

The Huanghuacheng Lakeside Great Wall is renowned for its uniqueness– three sections are submerged under the lake water. This is the only part of the Great Wall in Beijing connecting with a lake.
Operating Hours: 08:00-17:00, from Monday to Friday; 08:00-18:00, on Saturdays and during festivals and holidays; 08:00-17:00on Sundays and the last day of festivals and holidays
Xiangshuihu Great Wall

Xiangshuihu Great Wall was a pivotal project during the Ming Dynasty. Today, the attractive location is home to ancient caves, mountains, rivers, springs, waterfalls, and rock sculptures dating back to the Ming Dynasty. It is another well-equipped and spectacular tourist site in Beijing’ssuburbs.
Operating Hours: 7:30-18:00 (February 21-November 15)
