“My future career plan is to transfer into and lead the global CDMO team, where I can actively shape and steer its future digital acceleration strategy,”

My main motivation to do an MBA is to “refresh” my theoretical knowledge of general business skills including financial management, supply chain management, marketing etc. I am eager to upskill myself in two crucial areas – Technology and Sustainability, from which I will increase my influence in the company and be better prepared to lead my team in the future.

With its strong focus on New Tech & Sustainable leadership, the HKUST DiMBA enables me to discover and comprehend the latest trends and innovations and enrich me with a refreshed skill set and business perspectives.
