据印度媒体4月15日报道，随着大量印度民众居家隔离，印度的母亲河恒河遭受到的各种生活污染、工业污染迅速减少，这条印度的母亲河近日已展现出大自然神奇的净化能力，以往污浊不堪的河水在隔离期间竟已开始慢慢变得清澈干净，恢复了很久未见的纯净。
此前有报道称，恒河水内各种有害细菌含量严重超标，河水可见污染严重，完全不适合人类直接饮用。
印度国内一位名叫乔一什（Joshi）的环境学教授甚至在接受采访时表示：“如今的恒河水已经变得非常干净，在这段时间的净化后，河水已经可以直接饮用。”
“在这段隔离期内，恒河河水内的总溶解固体、工业废水和生活污染等已减少了500%，这是恒河水变得清澈的主要原因”，乔一什教授补充道。
无独有偶，气象学家Santiago分享了意大利的空气质量变化数据：从2月到3月，意大利北部空气中，二氧化氮含量明显下降。
同时，欧洲航天局的数据也显示，意大利空气污染下降。
受疫情影响，著名的水上城市威尼斯，因游客骤减、市民出行受限，运河的水变得更加清澈了，还能看到小鱼在水里游动。
除了空气环境的变化，还有一波调皮的小动物开始“出山”。
巴黎街头除了乌泱泱的鸽子，如今还多了成双成对的鸭子，夜里还有野猪在巡视！
美国加州的街道上，有郊狼在散步，印度北部的Uttarakhand，有沼泽鹿出没；另外在大白天的城市里还看见了印度麝猫走街呢！瞬间觉得好温馨啊！就缺了人类嘛！
